Holly Couture and her team are the BEST!!! Holly and her team did a fantastic job and we would recommend them in a heartbeat. They were highly knowledgeable about the local market and a pleasure to work with. They are extremely organized and detail oriented. During the process, if we were feeling a little unsure or anxious, Holly had a way of easing our minds. We never felt alone or under represented because we knew she was fighting for us. Holly and her team were fantastic. We heard about her from a mutual friend, and I'm glad I did. You can tell she loves what she does. She had a great read on the local market and the market forces pushing things around. She has a great team of knowledgeable, approachable, and super listening skills professionals behind her, and super lender relationships as well. This group of highly educated, caring, friendly, fantastic people will see you through the difficult, exciting, and life-changing decisions that come with buying a home.We decided to buy and sell in late February...2020! ... and we all know what happened shortly thereafter. Throughout the craziness that became the pandemic, Holly and her team were organized and adaptable to the new rules and situations that came along. Virtual tours, cleanliness and respect of others homes when touring, but most of all, just plain fun to be around. They really made the process fun and memorable!They helped us get the most out of our sale (11 offers in one day!), but Holly's keen sense of the business and PEOPLE is what swung the seller in our favor for us to get our dream home.If we ever sell or buy again, we know who to call! thank you!!!

I both bought and sold a home through Holly at the Couture Group. Most notable with the Couture Group was Holly's knowledge of the real estate market and her relationships with mortgage companies , insurance agents and other real estate related vendors.The entire group was active in walking me through the process and setting up weekly reminders for important deadlines. It was a team effort that made the processes of buying and selling easier.
