Worst bank in existence. Has been the most annoying part of my life since they bought out the wonderful credit union. The only good thing about living in the states again finally is that I can finally close my account and never have to deal with them again.

When did the business hours change to 4 pm? The result was an overdraft fee because of unannounced new hours. I may be changing banking institutions.

I don't often write reviews but noticed a few when checking open hours on website for Westminster location. I've banked with TBK since opening several years ago, Valley Bank before. Am often in lobby and drive thru. I have never encountered an unpleasant staff member. Always a hello with a smile, quick transactions and a thank you. Have called branch with questions and receive the same excellent customer service. Never treated like a just another checking account number. I wouldn't consider banking anywhere else.

Simple banking maybe - anything more complicated you're best to look elsewhere. If you have a Living Trust - stay away!!! Rather than researching or putting me in touch with someone who really knows... they googled my issue (& got it wrong) ... let that sink in for a moment. Do you want your financial institution googling to answer your questions?

Whatever questions, comments and/or concerns, you can count on the entire staff to address them accordingly. Jennifer is a next level banker who get stuff done. By far my favorite branch.
