Don't ever buy clothes for a gift to anyone at Target. They only take clothing returns and not exchanges, which means any sale price you had when you bought the item no longer exists. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Had a return to Target up at the Orchards. Had two receipts and a shirt without the tag. Had staff help and get a manager to figure out the item and then a manager went back to find another shirt without the tag. Customer service was amazing!

I needed assistance for an item that was not scanning at self checkout and instead of the self checkout girl walking up to the register and telling me in a respectful manner what the issue was she decided to yell at me from where she was standing which was up against the wall about 4 registers down to tell me she can’t assist me with my item that could not be purchased through self checkout. Customers around me and in the line waiting ended up staring at me curious about what was happening. Customer service is lacking at this location along with respect and common courtesy.

Target is conveniently located and easy to access, which is a big plus. However, I often find that the items I need are out of stock or unavailable. It can be frustrating to make a trip only to leave without everything on my list. I hope they improve their inventory management because the store itself has great potential!

Horrible customer service don’t answer phones let alone takes forever to get someone at customer service the pick up staff is so lazy they put ur order as available then cancel ur order same day you order ! If ur that lazy to walk to a car that you signed up for as a job get a new one let alone waiting to cancel the order till I’m there and I clearly see the store has plenty in stock! Ridiculous what kind of holiday spirit is that why have gloomy staff that doesn’t want to do anything but sit on their phones !! Third target to keep canceling my orders for drive up but has no problem when I go inside for pick up ! When you clearly see the item in overstock but only having the sale price online for drive and pick up but not being able to get ur order is ridiculous!

Trying out their optical service because of the vision insurance.
Service wasn't bad but not much different from any other mass market.
Price is higher than Costco even with insurance prefer Traget, the overall cost here still much more. Frame selection not that much more.

This Target sucks so bad. I used to shop here all the time. Now I will go miles out of my way to shop elsewhere despite living here IN the orchard. Why?
1) week old expired product
2) out of stock of essentials
3) poor diversity of product or flex to fill due to terrible stock
4) messy (vehicles of trash and freight always sprawled across the floor)
5) no associates or few who are engaging or welcoming
6) prices are somehow more expensive than other Targets? (Such as the Thornton location)
The environment makes me feel unwelcome, I never get what I need, and neither do my family and friends. You would be better off shopping from a dumpster than this sorry excuse of a store.

It is likely that what ever you need is here in Target for common items. Good place to go in fast. I'm glad Target does not have the traffic that Walt- mart has so I can be in an out.

Diana was a great help working through a strange return issue that 120th target couldn’t but swore they did know what they were doing, highly recommend this location just because of how she worked through this issue swiftly
