The front end staff (cashiers) are pretty rude and always give nasty looks. The fitting room women was really nice and attentive! The overall general people that go there look like they are feel entitled and pretty prissy but what can ya do about it.

This Target is literally always a total mess. Every aisle is unorganized and messy especially the clothes department. And they never have more than 2 registers open.. its a super busy Saturday afternoon I figured they would open up a few more registers but no there's only 2 open and 4 self checkouts are inoperative. The lines to check out were so insanely long that I put my stuff down and left. Not returning to this location.

Well, compared to other Targets, at least this store believes in keeping games stocked on shelves so we can actually see what's available to, you know, purchase.
That being said, they hardly have anyone on the sales floor. So, if I did want to get a game, I probably had to summon my own metaphysical beast to help me get anything from the lock-in cases. Cause they surely weren't planning on hiring anyone.

This Target is great and all but the pizza hut section of it has been closed for whatever reason. I go there sometimes on my lunch break. They are so scattered when it comes to them being open. It's never a set schedule. One day they're open the next they're closed. It's there for a reason and never seems to be open anymore. They should update their website if it's not going to be open.

So buyers beware. Things you buy at this Target may or may not be able return. It seems they have random items the they sell in store that are from third party sellers that once you purchase you cannot return. I am not talking about perishable food or digital content or gift cards. These things are sold on their shelves. Now get this when I asked why this random merchandise is not labeled as non-returnable. They said supposedly they have it posted on their website and they dont have to post or label in store.. Who goes to Target and looks up every item to see if it can be returned on a website before they buy it? I literally tried to return the item 2 day later. No offer to give me store credit. Just a stone wall of No's.This is a terrible business practice and is just scamming people out of their money. Go to other competitors for your business with better customer service policies.

Worst Target I have ever shopped at, and it’s unfortunate, because it’s the closest one to my house. The shelves are always empty - not only in grocery, but in pretty much every department. They literally could put the stock they own in a store less than half the size of this one and still have empty spots . Never enough checkout lines, and the self scan line is usually 10 to 12 deep. Why have a store if you aren’t going to stock it with either product or employees?

I want to start off by saying the employee who assisted me today was amazing she was sweet and kind, she is the entire reason why I am not giving this store 1 star. The multiple times I visited, the tech counter has always been empty and has always taken an unreasonable amount of time to get an associate. Not to mention the poorly maintained website that lists items as "In stock" when they are not, and the incredible empty aisles that look like they haven't been restocked in a year. I do not blame the employees I blame the corporate fat cats who are deciding to follow Dollar Tree's horrific business model: Underpaid employees and understaffed stores. Target if you can't find any employees, try paying them better. Funny how you can't get any body to work for you when you pay them nickels and dimes.

I’ve been in more than a few targets, and for some reason this store is ran very well as well as stocked very well. The employees are nice and it is extremely clean. Overall, I’m not a huge fan of targets, but this one is definitely worth going to. Expect more pay more that should be their motto change!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern about a recent customer service incident that occurred at the Westminster Orchard Parkway location. As a loyal Target customer for many years, I have always appreciated the level of service provided by your team. However, my experience today has left me extremely dissatisfied. I visited the store with a legal coupon received through the mail, and to my surprise, I was informed by Hobbi that the system was not accepting these coupons. When I raised the concern about the legality of refusing valid coupons, she simply turned away without addressing the issue. To exacerbate the situation, Savana, the closing team lead, approached me in a confrontational manner, yelling in front of other customers. I was shocked by her behavior and asked for an explanation. Instead of providing any clarification, she insisted that I leave the store, citing an alleged disrespectful interaction with her employee. I have a disability and health issues, and the stress from this encounter triggered a panic attack, leading to a significant increase in my blood pressure and a severe headache. My primary question is why valid and legal coupons were not accepted, as this goes against the principles of fair business practices. Furthermore, I request an investigation into the conduct of Hobbi and Savana. I believe a prompt resolution, an apology from both individuals, and compensation for this distressing experience are warranted. It is essential to recognize that customer satisfaction is pivotal for the success of any business. I trust that Target values its customers and will take the necessary steps to address this issue promptly. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

Inventory is eh and checkout lines are always long. Employees seem very friendly. Fast drive up.Update: I go here at least once a week and can say that the inventory seems better. Still seems shortstaffed with check out.
