I came in this morning to upgrade my business phone. With the information provided to me by my office that I was told would be enough information. The manager at this location was incredibly rude, told me “ nothing he could do without me being authorized” and immediately looked back at his computer and moved on without helping me any further. did not offer any other help towards getting situation resolved.

Disappointed! Worst T-Mobile experience ever!My warranty replacement phone was shipped to the store. Instead The guy kept mentioning I should just buy a new phone.The had the replacement but they said they could not provide me the exchange because of an error message on their tablet that wouldn’t let them process the exchange.I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he already told the manger and he was aware and there was nothing they could do nor had a back up process to continue.I asked if they had a tech support number they could call to work through their tech issues. He said No, he said I could come back later but the system may still be down. No guarantee or way to know for sure until I get there.Then was told that since he can’t do the exchange that I should just buy a brand new phone.I called T-Mobile customer care, they sent a replacement directly me and I received it next day.This was my first time at this location, I will not be returning.A complete was of 1 hour of my life that I will never get back.They didn’t value my time or business. Seems like they just wanted me to buy a new phone instead of processing my warranty exchange. No $$ in that.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Showed up at 7:15 one day and was diverted out of the store because there was too many people in the store and the sales reps couldn’t handle it. And this evening I just went and the doors were locked at 7:30 PM and the website says you guys close at 8 PM and when I stood there and knocked on the door someone that was working told me you guys closed at 7 PM website says eight highly don’t recommend your guises store because now that is twice that I have been there in one week and have had horrible customer service shame shame T-Mobile hire better people that actually wanna work and work to the time they’re supposed to.Wow to your response smh at it. It must be really hard knowing that your store is not a great place to do business at. Looked at your generic response and scroll down to look at other responses that you gave to other people. Wow I really feel like you just totally shoved off the whole point of your doors being locked at 7 o’clock and your website says eight and really no apology either so disappointing. definitely I’m not giving your store. Another chance.

I'm reporting "Rick" at least that's what he said his name was I asked to speak to a manager at 8 then said they are closed then asked for his name and told me I can come it. So I'm guessing he completely lied to me because I asked for his manager because he didn't wanna pull my account up. He was disrespectful to me at the end saying "come in we're closed I can meet you outside" as if he wanted to fight and meet him after hours I will be reporting this "Rick to the corporate manager and giving them the screen recording of the phone call I do not recommend calling after 4-5 or they will shut you down. This is a bad team I shouldn't know by how he answered the phone

I went to this store to help my grandma get a new phone. We worked with Serena and she was terrible towards my grandma. She seemed totally put out that she had to help us. She wouldn’t look my grandma in the eye or listen to anything she said. It was really upsetting to watch her treat my grandma this way and I had to just keep telling my grandma that once we left I would help her with everything since Serena clearly didn’t want to be bothered. People of all ages need cell phones and your store needs to train your employees to deal with everyone respectfully and treat their customers like human beings. Really disappointing to see and I will take my grandma somewhere else next time. I would not recommend coming to this store and would definitely not recommend working with Serena if you want to be treated with respect.

My experience with T-Mobile has been awful. They offered me a rebate to switch my service from ATT to T-Mobile but they are reneging on their offer. The staff assures me that I am due the rebate and that we did everything we were supposed to do in making the switch. But the company refuses to honor the deal that their staff person offered me and continues to tell me I deserve. This is unacceptable corporate behavior. In addition the staff has referred me to a supervisor who promised me a response in a couple of days . It is now more that two weeks and I have not heard anything from anyone. It is ridiculous that T-Mobile would leave me as an unhappy new customer because of some easily solvable internal problem. Shame on you, T-Mobile.

I visited the store on 88th and Wadsworth on Wednesday. I am a disabled woman who was served by a employee that made me feel stupid, uncomfortable, very upset as well as making my anxiety levels go up. I do not appreciate being treated badly at a place of business no one should feel like this.
