The providers were great. However, the follow up from Sage at the front desk is something that needs attention.

This physical therapy office has supported me through two ACL repair recoveries. They always push me hard so I can get back to the activities I love. It's also a very kind and supportive environment where you get to know everyone who works there. Jeff is my go-to and I can't recommend him highly enough. Michael is the superstar that runs it all.

Such a great experience! I came for post ACL reconstruction surgery rehab - Jeff does a great job catering PT exactly to your goals and setting you up for success outside of PT and afterwards. I was a workers compensation case and Sage made the billing process so easy I barely had to think about it. It’s also such a fun and positive environment which is exactly what you need when recovering from an injury. Highly recommend!

I had Rotator Cuff surgery on May 6, 2022 on my right shoulder. I had 2 complete tears to the Rotator Cuff. Surgery went very well as I was under the care of Dr. Haber from Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center. Dr. Haber is an excellent surgeon and an extraordinary person! I felt blessed to have him do my surgery! I started Physical Therapy 5 days after surgery at another PT clinic, however, by the end of May I decided to switch over to Synapse PT. On June 1 I started with Synapse PT and worked consistently with Jeff Peng, he was my physical therapist. Jeff was remarkable in every way, from day one until I was complete in mid October! He followed Dr. Haber's protocol exactly and always made it clear to me how strict the doctor's protocol was, however, he also explained all details accurately so that I understood everything and every movement exactly as each exercise was to be done. Jeff was always positive about my progress and supported me 300%. He was consistent with every part of the physical therapy and made sure that I was doing all the exercises correctly. Jeff is an excellent teacher and physical therapist, he has a wealth of knowledge and always treats everyone with respect. He is genuine in every way...kind, understanding, supportive, constructive and considerate. If ever I need physical therapy again, I will return to Synapse PT and ask to work with Jeff! As hard as the work and recovery was, I know that I had the best physical therapist that cared for me and helped me to be successful with my recovery! Thank you so much Jeff, you too were a blessing in my life!

Came in with a hamstring strain. Learned it’s caused by an accident 20 years ago. I feel great and now I have an outstanding resource for when things start to hurt again. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff here. Thanks!!!

Dr Tran was great; it was a few years ago but I remember doing 12 sessions with her to rehab my elbow. She was always top notch every time I went in.You guys really need to get rid of that Karen of a front desk person you have - Sage. She always had a chip on her shoulder every time I went in. Never was welcoming and always seemed on edge. Fast forward 3 years ago and I call to ask a question and she answers and I get the same old, miserable Karen on the phone. I don’t understand why people who hate working for the public work in the public sector or for the public.I never cared for her, even when she was “nice” with patients you noticed a palpable distain for being there or being social. Get rid of her and you have a great clinic.**reply to the reply** there was no name calling in my review. The name Karen is a slang term for woman who is perceived as entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what is normal. If you run a business and have any general sense of customer service then you wouldn’t have her running the front desk. She was awkward and harsh to me from day one. It all started on my first visit when she made a remark on me not having a mask (this was weeks before the mask mandate even took place in April 2020- no one had them). Then going forward she always and still has just a miserable persona. I’m not trashing your business - in fact I gave you praise. Just ditch her and you’ll be good. She doesn’t belong working for the public. The only thing I regret about this review is not posting it sooner! This should have been posted when I was a patient in 2020!

Paul is fantastic. He worked with me when I broke my ankle this winter, and I’m happy to report that I’m getting back to running. He always has a smile on his face and is extremely knowledgeable. He knows the doctors in the area and how to work with various injuries. He also gives the best massages by far. Definitely worth the PT for those alone.I also highly recommend Mike. I’ve had the pleasure of working through another injury with him years ago in preparation for a marathon. He knows his stuff and works closely with the docs in the area. He’s always full of entertaining stories.THANKS GUYS and THANKS SYNAPSE. I do hope not to see you again anytime soon!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Peng in the Westminster location while I tackled some lingering tennis elbow.I highly recommend using Synapse for all your physical therapy needs, especially Jeff. Jeff was really focused on getting me back to my sport (rock climbing) and made sure I was always making strides in that direction. He had a very practical, realistic approach to everything, and answered all my questions clearly. Hopefully, I won't need to go back to physical therapy anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely be choosing Synapse.

I highly recommend Synapse. I went to them following issues with a hip replacement. At the time I could barely move my leg. After doing therapy with them I am back to being active. Mike and Nicole were great in assessing the issues. Their entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and funny.

I had a great experience with PT at Synapse. I went in with some lingering shoulder pain. At the first visit, Paul was able to listen to my concerns and symptoms, ask pointed questions, and begin a treatment plan to improve my pain. Over the course of 5-6 weeks, I was given progressive exercises and saw relatively quick improvements in pain, mobility and strength. Paul would listen to any concerns or issues and adjust my program up/down as needed to ensure I was always moving forward. The office staff were friendly and helpful with appointments, questions, billing support, etc. I really appreciated how quick I was able to improve and get back to my routine thanks to Paul and the Synapse team.

I recently concluded several sessions of physical therapy at Synapse PT. Synapse provided a patient-centered high quality level of physical therapy. The physical therapist who provided knowledgeable therapy in treating my ankle injury was Paul with assistance from Rylee. Paul’s treatment plan was well organized and customized in response to my progress and pain tolerance. His credible communicative style was transparent, clear, positive, and supportive. My sincerest gratitude for your time, patience, and expertise. Synapse PT was truly exceptional and it was a pleasure to work with people who truly care about their clients. Thanks again!!

Been in PT since October recovering from my ankle surgery (Brostrom procedure). It’s been great, honestly, which is a weird thing to say about PT because ? Paul got me back to skiing and pickleball before the 3.5 month mark, which was my goal, and has been helping me reclaim my previous agility, mobility, and strength. I definitely will come here in the future although I sincerely hope I don’t have to ?

Dr Keating and his team are nothing short of amazing. They truly care about your well being, are incredibly knowledgeable, and will help you get back on your feet and stay there. I’m truly glad that I was referred to Synapse, and that I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Keating. Thank you for everything!!!

I went to physical therapy here for just over a year following an ACL tear, and the entire staff was incredible! They were knowledgeable, friendly, positive, and supportive through the entire process and everyone had a great sense of humor! Pricing was reasonable through insurance and the atmosphere was great. Since I went there for such a long period of time, I got to work with every staff member including Jeff, Michael, Dave, and Paul. All were great to work with and always had a program specifically tailored to my injury and timeline for recovery. Sage made scheduling incredibly easy and was always upfront about any changes to my program. She was also incredibly helpful in working with my insurance which allowed me to continue attending until I was ready to play sports again! I absolutely recommend working with Synapse to anyone needing physical therapy. If they never see me again, it means they did an amazing job

My time at synapse was great. Jeff put together a personalized PT plan for me and would adjust if needed. All of the physical therapists were always willing to answer questions or concerns I had and were always welcoming everyday I was there. Highly recommend going here for PT!
