I had a pilot light that would not light I called spa brokers where we bought the insert a gentleman put me with Wes Romano he helped me with the problem we got the fireplace going,And Wes called a few hours later to see if it was working ok that was awesome that he called back.Thank you very much Wes.

Had issue where our hot tub was heating above the set temperature. Their service folks quickly scheduled an on site visit. Will arrived, diagnosed and fixed the situation. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of having Will from Spa Brokers come out to service our hot tub, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Finding our spa not working was incredibly frustrating, and we had to call for service. Our motor went out, but Will quickly identified the issue and assured us it was covered under warranty. Will was incredibly friendly and provided us with some very helpful pointers on maintaining our hot tub. He got everything up and running again in no time. Will made everything better for us, and it’s clear that he loves his job because he’s truly great at it. Highly recommend his services!

I recently visited the store to inquire about hot tubs, and I had a great experience! Wes was welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. His knowledge of the different models and features was impressive, and I left feeling informed and excited about the possibilities.
Even though I didn’t make a purchase, I highly recommend stopping by Wes’s store if you're considering a hot tub. His friendly service and expertise make all the difference!

I will never go back to this location. After meeting with wes romano he berated my fanily the whole time we where in the store. Told us we where wasting his time because we where just beginning our search into hot tubs. Worst experience ever.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wes Romano, the owner of Spa Brokers, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was in the market to replace my old gas log set with a new direct vent fireplace. After visiting 3 other fireplace stores, where I felt like a number, I was starting to lose hope. Luckily, the last place I went to was Spa Brokers and thankfully I met Wes Romano, who personally helped me locate the perfect fireplace. He knew I was on a tight budget but willing to do some of the work myself. Wes Romano took the time to walk me through the entire process of removing my old unit and even ordered all the necessary venting for me. Wes even kept in touch with me throughout the project, providing valuable advice and support.
On top of the exceptional service, he gave me a fantastic deal on the unit. I truly felt like a valued customer, which made all the difference. If you're looking for a fireplace store where the staff genuinely cares about their customers, Wes Romano is THE GUY. Highly recommended!

Called Spa Brokers to set up warranty work on led light that was out. Asked if they could accommodate a 2nd person for possible hot tub slide out or move away for position to get to led light. Will was able to reach light without moving hot tub. He also took the extra time to help drain water for water change. He also went over key features for winter and summer use. He also explained in detail of chemical use. Thank you, Will.

Megan Hanni at Spa Brokers in Arvada was extremely helpful during the purchase of our spa & then, again, helping us move our spa to a new home. She is very knowledgeable& went out of her way to help us, even after the original sale. She also went above&beyond with helping us to purchase a new cover! I will return to Spa Brokers for any future purchases of spa equipment, fire places and saunas. They are excellent! Megan Hanni did an excellent job with communication follow up & product knowledge. Cal Spas hot tub....from Spa Brokers Westminster ....bought April 2023
We bought a Cal Spas hot tub at Spa Brokers Arvada in April of 2023 and it has been full of problems from the point of delivery and continues to this point almost a year later. It was spa model 22E767L-X-AL/MO-FS if that means anything to you....it was a $12,000 spa that seats 6-7 people. We also later bought a wifi module and had assumed it would include this as everything else we looked at included wifi connectivity.
Purchased in April....delivery was delayed a bit due to weather and nobody at fault for that.
Once installed I filled it with water and found it all leaked out. Called service and a broken jet was at fault. 2 jets ended up being broken and needed fixed before we could refill it with water....of course chemicals I had were wasted in this process.
Filled and used for a while. Took the back panel off (the one opposite of the control panel) as I was going to see insulation level. It was challenging getting screws out as most were bent badly and most could not be put back in as I had to use new ones that I happened to have....it seemed it must have been dropped to have bent these screws. It had also caused the insulation on that side to come free from the top on the opening of that area...I could not reattach it properly. I looked at this due to temp not holding well and was worried about poor insulation. I had two other hot tubs that help the temp much better than this one.
Later found control panel could not control temps, pumps or lights at times and had to have the panel replaced. Added a wifi module for $400+ myself so I could control things better.
Again control panel would not respond on many occasions to control temp, pumps, lights. And had to get out and then use the extra wifi module to turn things off in order to not waste energy.
March 12. 2024 still having major issues and cannot use our spa. We have asked for it to be replaced as a lemon or to be refunded so we can buy a better brand to avoid these issues.
Temp dropped to 71....turned it up on the app and when we went to get in it was at 69 degrees. Tried to turn it up on the control panel....was not sure if it worked but we could not use our spa that night.
Turned it up the next day to 104 and went out as a family to find it at 67 degrees. Tried to turn it up via the panel and was not sure what was working or not.
Checked the next day and nothing is working to get it to turn up. Error code now appears that water level is low when spa is completely full. Filter was leaned the weekend before.
Emails back and forth with our salesperson who apparently reached out to his manager and no resolution other than to say they will look into it. Our water is now green since it is not filtering and heating. Jets turn on...other than jet one on the filter mode.
We wasted a lot of money on a 'nice' spa.....we spent a lot less on our previous one of another brand and wish we had not ended up with a lemon that we cannot use.
A hot tub should be something that adds to relaxation....not a total headache that works occasionally and needs repeated repairs in the first year. Learn from our mistake. Look elsewhere.
We currently have cold green water in our hot tub and wish we could use it tonight....and the last several nights.....and the next few nights.
Reached out several times today and issues are minimized. We need a hot tub that works....not one that is a lemon.

I left a VM on 10/31 to call me back because I was ready to buy a Fire Pit! I was directed to call them by David at The Outdoor Greatroom who makes the unit I wanted! I never heard any thing from them! I left a negative review on their site and still no response! Today I ordered the Fire Pit directly from The Outdoor Greatroom, thanks for nothing and I will never do business with your company!!!
