“The staff, especially Liz and Ally have been wonderful. My family and I put together a pamphlet for a funeral on Thursday but we didn’t get it to them until Wednesday morning. I had taken it over to a competitor and they quoted me almost twice the price and an extra day to print the project. I brought it over to FedEx on 120th and Pecos, Westminster, CO and Ally greeted me with a smile and became an angel for me. She was able to help me with the project getting it on a USB so that I could bring it in the next morning and let them print off the pamphlets for me. I just picked them up and they turned out beautifully. Ally and Liz were definitely my angels this week and did a beautiful job! Thank you for being kind, empathetic, supportive and very helpful during this very hard time. I’d recommend this store every day of the week!”

Tom helped me this is second I get happy when he helps me because he’s positive full of energy..I know I’m crazy to drive up here but some places I been to drop off things for work n these ppl seem not happy or excited to help they have attitude. Hands down the BEST UPS Store I’ve ever been to. The staff here are total rockstars—friendly, fast, and always on top of their game. Whether I’m dropping off a return, shipping something important, or just grabbing a few supplies, they make it quick, easy, and honestly enjoyable (which is saying a lot for errands!).
They’ve saved me more than once with last-minute help and never make you feel rushed or like a burden. You can tell they actually care, and that kind of service is rare these days.
If you’re looking for a place that gets things DONE and treats you like a human while doing it—this is it. 10/10 would recommend every time.”
