The lady initially helping me was very nice, but the man with the beard was not. I came in to shop for wedding bands. She offered to clean my engagement ring, and left in the back. She was gone for a while and I started to get nervous about where my engagement ring was. There were no employees on the floor, so I quietly knocked on the door where the employees were. The man with the beard answered. I said, I'd like my engagement ring please. He abruptly said "she's got your rings, and you're not allowed to knock on this door for security". Which, my engagement ring was still in the back, so no she didnt. I said, "ok, well you have my family diamonds and I'd like them back, so if no one is out here, I'll knock to let someone know I need assistance." He continued that I'm not allowed to knock and it's a security threat. I got my ring back from the lady and left. He could have assisted me or said, I'll get her to help you, instead of chastising me for trying to get an employees attention to get my family heirloom diamond ring back. Lesson learned, I won't let anyone handle my ring again, and I won't go back to Shane Co. to shop for anything. Gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the gal was very nice, but this interaction with the man was unnecessary. I will spent my money elsewhere.

Johnika was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. She provided us with useful information in an extremely articulate way and she made us laugh several times!She deserves a raise ;-)

My husband and I were in Colorado from Michigan (Upper) and were looking for a new wedding set for me. We stopped in and immediately we felt like it was a nice, comfortable atmosphere. Our sales person was so friendly and not pushy. She took time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us different options of diamond and bands. So far we are very happy and satisfied with our purchase. The sales person also was able to get it so my ring was ready the very next day! We picked out bands and a diamond and within 24 hours the ring was ready. Very accommodating!

Angelina was amazing! She really took her time to explain so many details to us and pulled so many different options. I know they were super busy but we never once felt rushed. She even ordered in some other diamond options that fit our budget for us to come back and look at. I went from knowing almost nothing about diamonds and the process to learning so much. I am beyond grateful for all her help and time in making this decision as easy on us as possible!

The day I went in to have my wedding rings cleaned and checked they were short handed because of two call ins. It didn’t matter though because we were waited on quickly and with a smile. The young lady that waited on me was very polite and met all my needs. I even purchased a few earrings while I was waiting. I love the way they treat their customers.

They should accept Shane Co. gift cards no matter how long ago it was purchased. I bought a $200 gift card for my wife before the pandemic. We were not able to go shopping for jewelry since 2020 due to each of us undergoing major medical issues during and after the pandemic. She and I went to go trade up and get her some larger diamonds yesterday. At checkout, we went to use the gift card and we were told that it had a $0 balance. We walked out. They can see every purchase I've ever made there (which is plenty, as I've been a customer for over 20years) and how I paid, yet they would not honor this gift card that apparently had expired. I'm out $200 and will never buy from Shane again unless they honor this gift card.

I find it easy to love and get along with just about anyone. But disingenuous, cold, or arrogant people are not my people. The sales woman who was assigned to me left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. The available selection is minimal if you're looking for something a little larger. She showed me a ~$70,000 diamond with an obvious large black inclusion smack in the center and tried going against what I said to convince me that it's acceptable rather than understanding my very reasonable disinterest in that particular diamond. Insulting. Not a pleasant experience at all.

If you're looking for quality jewelry, you should consider giving Shane Co. a try. The selection here is exceptional, the service is fantastic, and the warranty they offer is second to none. The salespeople are not paid on commission, so no high pressure sales here at all. They offer both natural and lab grown diamonds here along with several other jewel options. The warranty alone would make this my go to jeweler, but the friendly helpful staff just puts it over the top. Highly recommend.

Kristi Stewart was awesome. When I visit Denver I always like to bring my wedding ring in to be checked and cleaned. When I got it back it was more beautiful then ever. Thank you Kristi. Plus I purchased another pearl necklace, which I love. I wear my pearls all the time so had to bring one strand to be restrung. Now that I have it back I can't tell the difference from the one bought years ago and the new one. Very happy with my visit to Shane Co.

We have been so happy with our experiences at Shane co! My engagement ring turned out perfect and yesterday we picked out my wedding band. Nicole helped us and she found the exact ring I was dreaming of after I tried on several I thought I wanted. Her customer service was amazing too!! So happy we went with them and am looking forward to future visits.
