Went in to trade one of the sample kits for a full size. Was disappointed to learn you have to go to a stand alone if that's where you bought the saple kit. At least that's what we were told by the snooty sales rep.

Lame ahhh manager named Natalie I think. Went to the store, didn’t do anything but stand at the register the whole time. She also didn’t present the Sephora discount offers until I checked out. Shout out the employees that carry the store ?

This store has the worst customer service, and would not help me with a return that I did not get refunded on from last month.
I contacted several different people from Sephora online through the phone number and the virtual chat- they all said I need to go in store because they can’t look at the system through their end. One said, “I recommend contacting the store where you made the return directly. They may need to escalate the issue to our Financial Institution team to ensure the refund
is processed correctly.”
I go in store today, I show the cashier my receipt and that I was told to go in store. She asks her boss to come over and they both told me since that it looks like it processed on their end, there is not much they could do and that they couldn’t look up data in their system. I showed them the messages from the chat with customer service because I felt they didn’t believe what I was saying. The manager grabbed an iPad and was trying to look for help with my issue, in which she couldn’t so she handed the iPad to the cashier, told her to call the help desk, and left. Before she left I was asking why they couldn’t help me, and stated that I don’t have the product or the money, and she said that they would help me. Which turned out to not be true as she left and completely abandoned the poor cashier. I can only imagine what these employees go through on a daily basis with angrier customers and don’t have help from upper management. She calls the help desk and by the end of the call I spent 20 minutes in store, as well as time online, time driving to and from the store. For them to say they can not help me and to call my bank, which I already did and I have zero pending charges from Sephora. They didn’t want to escalate my issue, they didn’t want to put an online ticket in for me, their only solution was to “see if you get a different online agent who can help you.” I am completely disgusted with Sephora, so if you have to make a return, you better check that they actually refund your money.

This is the best Sephora I have ever been to! The store manager, James, truly cares about his customers. If you're looking to schedule a makeup service, be sure to request Kenya! Her knowledge of both skincare and makeup products from all the brands Sephora carries is impressive. She encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try new products and shades I wouldn't have considered on my own. Thank you, Kenya! ?

Came from out of state for my baby shower, I scheduled my appointment more than a month in advance. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me there was a scheduling issue and no one within proximity could do my makeup.I understand that sometimes there are scheduling issues but they should have called me days or even weeks before so I could find someone else to do it. It’s hours before my baby shower and no one to do my makeup, super disappointing.

Kenya was super helpful!! She helped me shade match and got almost the perfect shade and helped me find really great perfumes. Ended up with a gucci perfume the a vanilla phlur one!

Haylee, hopefully that is the correct spelling,
helped assist my bestfriend and I with shade matching our concealers and cover up. Additionally she helped me find a good facial lotion based off of my specific skincare needs. Very kind, considerate, and patience. She had excellent active listening skills and also extremely detail oriented, which helps her thrive in her role. I appreciate her patience with taking the time to help us!

Alyssa (hope the spelling is correct) helped me more than I’ve ever been helped in a Sephora today. I went in with no make up and my hair thrown up and she treated me like I was no different and no less of a person!! Fabulous employee with HUGE customer service skills!!

Employee was unnecessarily argumentative. When making a purchase at checkout I requested my Beauty Insider birthday gift & was told that I could no longer pick it up as it was past my birthday month (they can see in my account that I had not picked it up). When I casually mentioned that I picked it up outside my birthday month last year, the employee was insistent I didn't & continued to go on even though I didn't respond. The manager stopped her by walking over & politely saying they had changed the policy, but some stores still gave them past the birthday month last year. I'm a busy loyal Sephora customer regardless of when I have time to visit the store. The birthday gift is one of the few benefits to their loyalty program. When shopping for beauty products the loyalty programs are superior at Nordstrom's, Blue Mercury, & Ulta.
