The girl who helped me didn’t know what she was doing and quite frankly, could have asked her associate for help. She told me she couldn’t help me find any shades.. kept trying to send me to a different Sephora instead of helping me. She told me she couldn’t tell if the shade looked like my skin or not because she wasn’t wearing her glasses.. had to try and figure it out on my own. But when I went to fenty, every single foundation was in the wrong spot which was more time consuming than anything trying to switch them all back. They never have what I need I only stop here because it’s closer to home. Lesson learned - just visit another Sephora instead of this one.

I had an unusual return issue with a product I purchased that had the wrong product in the right box. Even though it was past their usual 60-day return time, the manager agreed to work with me. I very much appreciate good customer service, and Orlando and his team were willing to go the extra mile.

Angie was horribly rude! Was waiting to check out and she was to busy on her phone to even help. Went into for two items came out with zero. So unprofessional to have your phone on the floor and give people an attitude after making them wait.

Helpful friendly staff! they have Urban Decay eyeshadows, definitely a quality product. However I wanted the stone pallet which they did not have. The store on 92nd had it but they are under construction.. dang

Customer service is TERRIBLE. I stood next to 2 sales people for quite I while being ignored completely. I had the same experience at the register. I am over 60 and felt that it was my age (this has happened before at this location). I called the manager and she told me she was sure it wasn’t age related…so they just marginalize ALL their customers? That’s the last time I shop there!

Had more of my favorite products then the Sephora at JCPenny's at Orchard gas had lately. Seem like the one in Orchard's is slowly phasing out all my favorite products. Was happy to see them here still! The lady working the e register was helpful and nice as well.

This Sephora has the worst customer service and the no receipt police is horrible. I purchased eyebrow powder, thinking it was eyebrow powder, after consulting with a sales associate. She told me there was a bundle deal for powder, gel and a brush and handed me the box. Shame on me for not checking. When I got home, I realized it was pomade. All I wanted to do was swap it out for the powder, since I did not have a receipt or use a Kohls charge card I was told there was nothing I could do about it. I know that they can look up my order using my number, but she still refused. Thankfully I found my receipt and just got a refund and went to Ulta and purchased my powder. There’s a reason I haven’t shopped at Sephora in a couple years. I want to thank the lady who was very rude to me, for reminding me why I don’t shop at Sephora anymore.

Beware they are ripping people off by not honoring their return policy. They said Sephora “inside kohls” only takes returns with receipts. I took a product back bc it caused me eye irritation. I have a beauty insider ID and purchased it with card so they could’ve easily looked it up. But the sales associate told me that Kohls and Sephora stand alone stores both have return policies that don’t require receipts but not the Sephora inside Kohls. Umm what the f, this loophole now has the customer screwed if they can’t produce a receipt!! Nice how no sales associate at the time of purchase informed me of this. Do you think it would be important considering they are inside a store that has the most flexible return policy of all time? Customers would assume it’s the same. They are taking advantage of this knowing customers rely on Kohls’ hassle free return policy, there will be a lot of disappointed shoppers as a result. I won’t be shopping at any Kohls’ Sephora again.

The folks who work here are super nice and helpful. I recently moved to the area and it's nice to have this place nearby so I don't have to go in to Boulder or over to I-25.
