Profiling occurred during our visit to this store. Please kindly train your associates the right way so others doesn’t have to deal or feel the same way we experienced. I have seen it as they looked at my husband. Such horrible customer experience.

This particular visit was screaming brats that parents weren't making stop. Why? Anyway. Really good selection of goods for households & stuff for short screaming 😱 people. The store was good.

Horrible Experience, the Staff could not handle a return from another store. I had the original receipt, tags were still intact and I had bought it yesterday.
The staff was Rude, Unhelpful and Unprofessional.
The Assistant manager (Andrea) lied about my luggage being faulty and damaged to the Home Office. Been shopping at Ross for years and never have been treated or denied such a simple request. Do your self a favour and go to the other locations.

I used to shop here often. One of the very few clean Ross's left. All of a sudden they are checking receipts. Ok cool. There are signs saying that. I get to the door & all of a sudden its "were checking bags too." Ok fine. He asks for my receipt. I hand it to him. He says bag too. Ok. I say "take the receipt, I'll hold the bag open." He says no. He has to have both at the same time. I don't have time for bs. Save your money. Shop online or at a different store. I literally did what was asked and he decided to still have an issue and act like I was a problem. I will never be back. Not that they care. I see why they have 3 stars.

Cashier was extremely rude checking me out. I had a change in my hand to give her and she said she wouldn't accept it even though her drawer was open. Told me she wasn't allowed to accept change. Register 2 @ 1:08 pm.

Store was forcing customers to wait before entering because they were "net metering". Then they also detain you before exiting to pretend to check your receipt

This is truly honestly one of the best stores! There was a item that was Miss marked and the store manager honored the price that it was marked. Thank you so much! Great customer service 💯.

This location is by far, the worst of all the Rosses in North Metro. Categorization is virtually non-existent throughout the entire clothing sections. Prices of the two tops I did find were overpriced. Fitting rooms were closed. Make up, skin care, body and hair care shelves were close to bare.
