“I visit this specific UPS store at least twice a month to ship things for work. Every time I go inside, there is virtually no line. And if there is, it moves fast. Specifically, I want to call out Kilyn, Rowan, Chris, and Gabe. (I think I got those right). They go out of their way to with their great customer service to save me money. Numerous times I've screwed something up or forgot to include something and they always ensure it gets handled appropriately. I go out of my way to go to this specific store. Bravo!”

This is not typical for many stores these days, and it is a welcome difference. The difference between this store and other Staples stores, or Office Max/Depot? It always comes down to the staff.”
