This collection agency bought the account from another collection agency who failed to tell them the account was disputed. The ambulance company that said it is owed failed to follow instructions that the VA is responsible for the charges. All other medical charges surrounded by this charge were promptly paid by the VA but the ambulance company failed to bill the VA and then sold the account. This is nothing short of trying to swindle a veteran out of funds they don't owe. Shame on you, shame on you , Shame on you.

As a small business owner in Eugene, OR- I typically use an air horn on sales calls.I'm SO GLAD PFG called, Clarence is literally the BEST!I answered and they ran my ERC credit.PFG was efficient, effective and at less than 50% the cost quoted by other firms for this service.I have contracted with similar groups over the years on tax matters; PFG is literally the only one I would reccomend wholeheartedly; I'm pretty sure this industry is where the used car salesmen landed.Their entire staff was pleasant, knowledgable and no nonsense- an ideal partner...

Zero needs to be an option that's what this company deserves this a scam company I don't care how many years it's been in business the owners take money out of their own pockets to keep this place open I was an employee there n in the time I was employed I first of all have never seen any of the client names that have reviews on this is sight n secondly as an assistant to an E.A. with almost 200 clients there should have been alot of work to do unfortunately I mostly sat around waiting to be handed an assignment and if I tried to work on something that I'm experienced to complete I was told numerous times no don't do anything for that client yet cause they gotta try to get more money out of the client. Robert Moody is a liar untrustworthy. Mitch Jaeggi will draw your case out to be able to re bill you multiple times. The owners Michael and Duncan will bounce you back n forth between each other when you ask either of them a question about anything. Please do not hire this company. Please add yourselves to the National DNC list save yourself the stress and money you would WASTE if you hired this company.

The Phoenix Financial Group provide excellent service to me in my quest to settle matters with the IRS. In fact, they exceeded all of my expectations. Over the course of approximately 18 months, Robert Moody and his team of experts reversed an approximate $200,000 tax debt to a non-collectable status. I know my situation is unique in many ways, however the relief this provides my family is enormous. I'm very grateful to have employed the Phoenix Financial Group and will continue to use them into the foreseeable future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tax guidance and relief.

Phoenix contacted us in September of 2019. IRS was telling us we owed 221,000 in payroll and corporate income tax. Furthermore they would only offer a 24 month installment agreement that would’ve put us out of business. We’re a construction company with unpredictable receivables so payments of 10k a month are impossible. Phoenix was able to get the revenue officer to accept a 7 year installment agreement based upon our disposable income. They even got the debt reduced. They really got us out of a tough spot!!!

I was getting harassed by an IRS agent. They were intercepting my credit card payments due to a tax debt I accrued when I started my business. Phoenix started for me in 2020. They quickly freed up my merchant payments and now I’m on a monthly payment plan with IRS. I never had to deal with the agent again. Can’t thank them enough!

I hired Phoenix Financial Group in 2021 due to a tax lien that was filed against my business. I was missing 4 years worth of corporate income tax returns which they were able to help out with for a reasonable price. My business is struggling and they were able to get my tax debt deemed uncollectible for 2 years. This should give me time to recover. I had been losing sleep over my tax situation. I'm so glad they contacted me

I’m a small business owner in Colorado. My business was hit hard by the pandemic and I fell behind on payroll tax. Phoenix Financial Group contacted me in September of 2020. They acted quickly and kept the IRS off my back. Once business started to improve they negotiated a manageable installment agreement and even saved me 12k in penalties. I’m so glad they contacted me and highly recommend their service!

I have worked for this company for nearly 10 years. They have always been professional, knowledgable, honest, appreciative and an all around great group of people. They truly care about their employees and getting the job done right for their clients. Should I ever need this type of service Phoenix Financial Group would undoubtedly be the company I would choose.

I hope I never have an issue with the IRS again, but If I do, I will be calling Phoenix Financial. Great value for the fee I paid. I got more than what I paid for, Fantastic!

This group clearly targets people who are uninformed and afraid. After telling them I was already working with a local tax office and was not interested in their services they continued to call my office. The final straw was when one of their employees started ARGUING with me when I told them to stop calling me. This is one of the least professional outfits I've ever had the displeasure of hearing from.

I spoke with John Wason who helped me not only file my 2019 taxes but also helped with relieving my stress with my tax debt. I would recommend this company to anyone who comes across any issues with the IRS or state. Thank you for all your help! I can finally sleep at night!

While I have not confirmed with Robert, I'm guessing based on other reviews that Phoenix Financial is a franchise/group with many offices across the nation. I was fortunate enough to get matched with Robert Moody in Colorado and he has helped me with two separate issues. Robert Moody is professional, courteous, and helpful. I am not a fan of Phoenix's cold calling techniques to get business(let's be honest, noone wants to get those annoying calls that others know you owe back taxes), but I would do business with Robert again in an instant. He and his assistant "held my hand" and helped me get a payment plan that I could afford and then when I missed a deadline of filing w-2s that my payroll company was supposed to have filed, he helped me get the civil penalty abated.I would give him 6 stars if I could.
