Víctor cashier gave us great customer service, he listen to what we needed and even figure it out together when we had no idea I really appreciate all his help and great customer service, especially in this time where none knows what good customer service is, or time for there customers. There were more than 3 people working when I went in. There was only one person behind the counter helping someone, and the rest of the workers were in the back talking, and it wasn't anything to do with the store. I waited there for almost 20 minutes for the other workers to finish their conversion.

I went to the O'Reilly Auto parts on 72nd and Federal in Colorado. I asked for a brake light bulb for a 2000 Lincoln LS sedan."Front or Back," the lady asked me."It's a brake light," I said."Cars have both," she said wearily.Now I don't know about you, but I've never heard of front brake lights and there certainly are no front brake lights on a 2000 Lincoln LS."Have a nice day," I said and left.In this culture it's more imporant to be right than to be accurate. Don't go to this store and tell anyone looking for parts to go elsewhere.Good Grief.

Worst customer service I have literally ever experienced. the vastly lackluster and obviously uneducated cashier was very unhelpful and rude and maybe if she spent less time on her phone and wasn't to lazy to go outside to do a code reading she would be a bit more valuable to their store as an employee. Her excuse was it was too cold to go out to read a code and had me do it myself and then wasn't willing to print out a error code sheet when I have literally done this before at this exact location the day before yesterday. No excuse to treat customers with disrespect either after we were nice the entire visit. Will never go to this location or probably O'Reilly ever again. Auto zone usually has better customer service. The overweight lady with the dyed red hair with receding hairline "helped" us.

I had issue with one the guys who checked on my car he broke the screw the guys there were not helpful i called the big boss Dana who is in charge of all the location he was kind, proffosinal, he fiv my issue with it few hour's thank you for taking care if it.

My wife and I went in on a Sunday when it was very busy in the morning. Must have been about 15 people in that store and only one young lady with bright red hair running around helping everyone by herself on two counters. This young lady was so fast with everyone, kind, and smiled and said hello to everyone. We were last in line when we got to her counter. She was very sweet and had a big smile and big beautiful eyes. I was having trouble remembering but she was very patient and helped me figure out the part. My wife was wanting some things but couldn't find where they were so when she asked this young lady, she ran and got them for her along with other things she would need also. All this time, she kept everyone in the store smiling and grabbed things for them along the way as she was looking for our things. The amount of patience, knowledge, dedication and love for the job this young lady has is astounding. My wife says her name on the receipt is Missy, but I think her name should be Angela, because she's truly an angel and a blessing to everyone who meets her. Thank you young lady. Thank you for treating these old crows with kindness, that's very hard to find now a days. We will surely be back.

Clean story, good inventory. Missy comes off really nice at first but then turns nasty with customers. Very unprofessional. Get Phil or someone else to help you out. Avoid her at all costs.
