I don't like the mall but I had a gift return that I needed to make. Overall not too painful, lots of great deals on men's clothes. I didn't have a receipt since my return was a gift. No problem. Nordstrom s is still the best when it comes to returns and customer service. Good job

I got many judge mental looks from customers and staff. Just because I don’t look rich doesn’t mean I can’t afford to buy from this store. I left. The vibe was off. The store was also very messy and the selection was not good.

I would give it 5 but it wasnt clean like it wasn’t organized clothes all over the floor and boxes were open and left open. It was pretty much messy.But other than that staff in the front to checkout really nice.

It's okay. Doesn't quite feel like a Nordstrom Rack. Location near Park Meadows is a lot better. Shoe selection here is maybe a quarter of that one.

This is one of my favorite stores. They have really stepped up on organization, It used to me a tad messy. Its now easier to shop by category.

Great place to find dress shoes. They have a lot in size 6. I also found glitter crocs for my little one.

I have no reason to believe this will be forwarded or dealt with....Especially since the ability to file complaints is highly obscure with your company web pages. You people have a long way to go to earn my respect. First...I try to order an item three times and after the orders were placed, i get follow up message that says something went wrong and the order can not be fullfilled....BUT DOESNT SAY WHY OR OFFER A SOLUTION. Second....I finally get what I would like,..ONLY AFTER I PAY YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE RATHER THAN PICK UP IN A STORE. Third....then you take my shirt off the rack...stuff it in a bag...WHICH ARTIVES WITH THE HANGER STILL ATTACHED AND THROUGH DELIVERY IS RECEIVED WITH THE HANGER ALL BROKEN UP INSIDE MY SHIRT. IS THIS NORDSTROM OR WALLMART?

Will never buy here again. Their return policy is ridiculous. Past 30 days you cannot even get a store credit. I tried to return a pair of child shoes, which they still have the exact same ones on the shelf BTW, a few days past the 30 days. The fact that a big box store does not offer store credit up to 45 days is unbelievable. Terrible customer service. No thanks

Found a few deals here, the cashier and checkout hostess were awesome with reccomendations. I was surprised at the great selection of shoes for women with larger feet. Overall, nice quality selection of attire at this location.

I had a return on skin care none had been open. Chance was the cashier. He turns asks marissa if they can take it back? She said no they don’t I said no one has EVER told me it was a final sales item. She then said they would return it this once. I said thank you. Chance then started to have a bit of a tude he had one of the products on one of my receipts. I grabbed the receipt and one of the boxes fell over on the counter. He then said I’m gonna need you to stop tossing things. So I look at him. I said I did not toss anything. He then argued with me for a second. He then threw what he had in his hand and said Marissa I’m done can you handle her? First off I’m not an animal I’m not the one who threw a fit. Marissa took over she was very appalled by what happened. Her and I chatted for a few. Long story short if you have a worker with obviously a dangerous mind set do t have them work with people directly. He is obviously a liability.
