I’ve had the pleasure of working with Desiree Dallas at National Credit Care. Not only is she a knockout professional at her position but she has been so kind and patient with me since the loss of my husband and all the banking details I have had to deal with. Back in 2013 I started working with NCC after being denied credit for a travel trailer even with 50% down. I was very hesitant believing that all theses companies were a scam. After listening to the trailer dealer I agreed and boy was that a great decision. In a few short months they helped drastically increase my score. I was so impressed I stayed with them for several years to continue fighting on my behalf. When all was said and done my score had increased to a very strong 750. Using the principles they taught me I have since reached even higher levels and can now negotiate the best rates on every purchase. I am very grateful for the assistance and service they provided. I am writing this now as I came across and old email and couldn't remember if I ever shared how grateful I was and still am.

I am connected to Desiree Dallas with the NCC Team of people. She is by far the very best person I have worked with over the previous two years. She is knowledgeable, and thorough and takes a personal interest in her clients as does the NCC company as a whole. I would recommend NCC to anyone that I know who needs their services.

The most annoying people ever. Told them 6 times to cancel my $h!t and instead they call me 7 times a day. I have over 30 #s now blocked and they keep harassing me. AND NOW YOU'RE TRYING TO CHARHE ME ANOTHER MONTH... YOU ARE THEIVES. 3 MONTHS AGO WAS WHEN THE ACCOUNT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED. 0 STARS DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.

My experience today, Wednesday, 11/8/23 with Mr. Chris Sweat was outstanding! Mr. Chris's level of service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend family and friends to National Credit Care because they are great. They go above and beyond to help with any and all of your needs. They are very respectful, patient and knowledgeable.

I've worked with Dave and Chris (first time today) and I have been very pleased with the customer service, the frequency of contact, and the deletions from my credit report. My credit score is up 40 points since I began with with the company. I did try to cancel a while back and the agent/rep really didn't seem to want to have that conversation but, I think it was a good idea to stay as there is more work to be done on my reports. I was referred to the company by a mortgage lender so even though I have seen some less than stellar reviews on BBB, I'm going to stick around a little while longer until things are fully cleaned up. There are worse ways to spend $90 a month... Thanks for the great account review today Chris!

I e been with National Credit Care for awhile now and they have reallly gone above and beyond and have come through for me. I talked with Brian was very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to explain a lot of the things happening on my credit. It’s worth it to have peace of Mind. Talk to Brian. I’m completely satisfied with him and National Credit Care.
