This place is an absolute JOKE. First off they have like 12-year-olds running the place and evaluating your items. I brought an over $800 worth of Adidas shoes that were in very good to excellent condition, and they told me that it didn't fit there inventory. Meanwhile, on the shelf they had US polo, Asics and target brand shoes. I brought in a bunch of vans shoes in women's sizes, some that were worn one time, really nice dress shoes, nine west shoes, Nikes and Converse, and they said the same thing. This place is an absolute joke, don't waste your time. They have no idea what they're doing. The funniest part was they asked me if I wanted to take my items or if I wanted to donate them. You know what that means right? They didn't want to pay me for my items, but they're fine with me donating them and then a week later they're gonna be selling them on the shelf. Don't spend a dime here, don't attempt to sell your stuff here. I prefer to do business with people who do business with me. And when you bring the quality of items, in the condition that I did, and they tell you that it doesn't fit their inventory, they are absolutely clueless. Look at my pictures. I'm not over exaggerating what I brought in. Every single pair of shoes that I brought in, was nicer than anything they had on there men's shoe rack as far as athletic shoes goes. Same can be said for the women's section.

Huge and usually something different every time. They are inconsistent with their buying intake. Difficult sometimes to park nearby. But the store is organized well and easy to shop.

I will never step foot in this store or recommend it to anyone. I went in to sell very expensive toys (American Girl doll accessories and play set, and a Harry Potter Pendleton blanket, amongst other things. I told the woman at the counter it was my first time selling with them. I was told to fill out my name and number and I didn’t need to worry about the rest of the form. I was told they would be done in 45 mins, but I could come back later too. Anyways, I have sold with other consignment shops in the past, and they always just keep my check or credit on file for me to pick up. Fast forward to today, one week later. And I am told they will not honor even the store credit because I should have read the form I filled out. I thought it was just contact info! Anyways, this is essentially theft. I wonder how much stuff they get as a company which is just stolen goods from other families. Buyer beware. And moms beware. At least goodwill gives to charity. Next time I’ll just donate. The girl behind the counter was rude and super condescending and honestly I just walked out while she kept talking her nonsense. I am no Karen, but I totally felt taken advantage of.

They rip you off. This place turned into a scam. You are better off selling your clothes on postmark. Gave me two options for payment. Cash or instore credit. & offered me $17 cash or $40 instore credit.... like really I'm trying to get rid of my clothes not buy more... scam!!

$2.50 a piece is a joke! Better luck selling on marketplace for a fair price.Especially for free people, urban outfitters, express, and Zara items. They wanted to take four dresses for $10.Id rather gift them to someone for free than get 2.50 for multiple items I paid $80+/each for. Then the nerve to sell a raggedy h&m shirt for $14.99.This was my first experience and won’t be back!

What is the point of this store anymore? $18 for a used dress?? $13 for a used shirt?! This is a second hand clothing store. The expectation is nothing should cost more than $8. No wonder Walmart is doing so well - they have brand new clothes for half the cost of what this used clothing store charges.

Do not waste your time selling I wish I read the reviews before I tried to sell. I took name brand items (noth face, VS, Nike, Harley Davison,ect..) four bags total they only took 14 pieces and offered $32.00, when i had asked how much they give the worker said $3-4 a shirt, and the stuff the picked from my clothes were jeans dresses and sweaters, that does not equal 3-4Dollars a shirt... I have shopped around and they have clothes that are faded, have balls on them, and are out of style, the clothes I brought were way nicer than a lot of the items they had for sale. On top of that they said it would take 2hrs and they would text when ready, it had been 2hrs and 40 min still no text, finally I decided to go in and see what the hold up was and they were finished, who knows when they would of texted to let me know that we're done. Please do yourself the favor and do not sell, you'll be better just donating your clothes. Also They have earrings that you can buy off of Amazon or Temu for 1-2 Dollars listed for 6+Dollars..

Don’t waste your time selling here, seriously. I brought a bucket full of clothes here and they specifically told me to wait til they called. They proceeded to not call me throughout the entire weekend. The following Monday they sent out a group text to multiple numbers an hour before they closed and while I was at work to come pick up my money or it will be store credit. My boyfriend had to go out of his way to the store and run in 5 minutes before they closed. They argued saying it was too late and only store credit was available. Over a period of him explaining to them that I had never received a call nor text, he asked them to call the owner and explain the situation. After he left I met with him and looked through what they took. They took about 6-8 things from me, didn’t say what they took (thank god I kept a list of what was in there), it was all Gymshark clothes, and gave me $24

Selling here is a joke. Don't waste your time. Shopping here is pretty good with a large selection. Quite a bit of junk though which I question why based on how bad their buying process is. Denying new with tag Nordstrom items but there are literally ragged old navy items on the shelves?

If you are looking to sell clothes I highly recommend not going here. Brought in 2 full trash bags of clothes that have barley been worn are are very nice. Got $14.40. So I would definitely find somewhere else to sell clothes.

Took 3 entire garbage bags there and out of it... took only 8 items which was offered for less than 20 bucks total. I asked why they only took 8 out of the immense amount of clothes and their response, "highly worn or not in style." 1 bag was entirely of dress shirts, button up, flannels, some of which had never even been worn. They didn't take a single pair of jeans either for the same reasoning. I didn't realize brand new jeans were considered highly worn or a wide variety of styles and colors can be out of style. Interesting... pretty sure skinny jeans are still IN style sadly. So are regular fit, slim fit, relaxed fit, stretch fit. Etc. Like what a waste of time. Tell me you didn't actually go through the bags without telling you didn't actually go through the bags. I was going to donate these, not just throw them out so I know for a fact they aren't "highly worn." Maybe they forgot that ripped pants and pants with holes are still in style. Maybe I need to put some holes in em and then they will take them!! What a joke.

I came in yesterday to donate and brought 3 bags of clothes. They were able to take around 7 or 8 different items and only paid me $16 for all of them. I was really disappointed because I paid a lot of money for the items sold and received almost nothing. Had I known, I would have donated them to a goodwill.

Take your clothes to Plato’s closet instead. Brought in a whole bag of clothes that were still brand new and ended up wasting an hour and 30 minutes here just for $10. No text or anything too for when my clothes were ready to be picked up even after I wrote down my phone number.
