I was denied use of the bathroom. I spilled gas on myself and my eyes are burning. Ive told her a bunch of times that the pump acts funny and spurts fuel while charging me 17 before the pumpnis turned on. Stay away from pump 1, 7 and 8 if you use the alcohol free gas. The sloppy rude chubby blonde with all the homeless crowded around the register in the morning makes it hard to ever want to return here. If it wasn't for the no alcohol gas I wouldn't.

Walked in and they served 8 people and acted like I wasn't there so they can look at me for as long as they could look groupies not one person but 8 people is dumb as the people working a 9 to 5

Incredibly rude clerks who act like they need to put down the meth pipe. The old one cursed me under her breathe and followed me around late one night. Today one of the fat ones accused me of stealing when I have never stolen in my life.

IDA ANN-"SISSY" Your cashier here today at 2pm.RUDE RUDE RUDE, then wants to be condescending by calling you "hunny".Put her hand in my face when I was telling her which cigarettes to get.Kept saying she just woke up, not my problem.. You're in customer service act like it. I was nice asked how her day was ect and she acted a FOOL.

called 30 times before i showed up, no one answered. i got there and asked for the price on my smokes. clerk grabbed them and said “ID.” rudely, then backpedaled with “..please.”i didn’t care lol, ive worked at multiple gas stations, i get it fr. but then i said “i have apple pay,” and she stared blankly as i pulled up my card. just when i went to tap it, she said “can you not read?” because their pinpad says NO TAP PLEASE. but it’s worked before, and as i was telling her that, it went through.just incredibly rude and condescending for no reason. i didn’t do anything to her besides fork over my last $10, lol. working at a gas station sucks for sure and I empathize w that but like.. you really don’t know the impact your words have on people.right now, they didn’t affect me. but ive been thru times where someone saying rude sht like that for no reason would be enough to push me off the edge.other people’s mental health is not your responsibility, but at the end of the day, you get what you put into the world. be kind.

TERRIBLE. The 2 women (girls) working were very unprofessional and rude. Calling corporate as well as writing this review hoping something will be done. Don’t waste your money at Murpheys. Go 2 blocks down the road to 7-Eleven!! Much better service there. Their employment needs to be reevaluated.

I use to work here and never had I had to pay 3 dollars for a refill. A few weeks ago the store manager shaniqua charged my 8 and 9 yr old boys $3 a piece for each of our our refills. Went back to ask why and was that for them getting a new straw and lid per cup it's extra. Like since when drinking out the same straw is a health hazard and not to mention I've never seen a button to ring up a straw and lid while I was working there. If I could go back I'd definitely show the manager and store manager what customer service is really about. Made a complaint to the district manager on his personal cell phone, no response so I guess I just have to deal with my kids getting robbed out of $6. It's a shame to have people in management who's not ashamed to overprice to anyone most of all children non the less and not take action when it's come to your attention ????
