We were really satisfied with our service here! We worked with Dustin. Super cool dude. Great salesman. We came in with a cheap mattress in mind but when we laid on the test model we immediately decided against it. He understood my wife’s back problems and got us on a very nice hybrid mattress and when they didn’t have sheets we wanted, he hooked us up with the next best sheets that had the color we wanted. They take snap payment which helps a lot because dropping that kind of money on anything can make anyone cringe. LolDustin was a great salesman but the sale I think goes to the “Mile High Mattress closer employee, Remi! Such an amazing pup!!! So happy and playful!! She kept my wife company while I finished the process. Thank you for being part of our sale experience! Would definitely recommend!10/10 Thanks again!!

Edit/update since I cannot reply to the owners response: we haven’t received any phone calls or voicemails, and neither of our contact information has changed. I’m happy to discuss if you have a solution for us. Our contact info is available on our account; and you have called us back before on one of our multiple calls to you, so you do have it. Writing a review because the countless phone calls haven’t made a difference and we are encountering yet another issue with our purchase and I’m just tired of it. We purchased a mattress, adjustable bed frame, sheets, and king pillows in 2022. The mattress is the only thing that has gone well and we’re appreciative to the team for helping us find the perfect mattress when we were picky. However, our bed frame had issues with the power less than a year after we bought it and it took us weeks to get it figured out because even though it’s under warranty, you have to work through the manufacturer who is impossible to get a hold of, which is so frustrating after spending thousands on a bed frame to find out that we’ll probably have to crawl under the bed regularly to reset it because “they have that problem.” When asked if I could return it because it was under warranty and for that price my bed shouldn’t have issues for a while, the answer was no. Our $400 sheet set was another thing that I called about multiple times because they became discolored within a few weeks and started looking awful. I told the owner on one of my calls that my cheap sheets from Target last longer, and I was thanked for providing feedback so they could improve their products, but yet again any warranty or product guarantee was somehow not valid (the sheets ripped right in the middle a couple of weeks after, so I threw them away. NOW, we’re finding out that our 0% interest financing actually only applies to the mattress; all of the other items we bought start accruing interest after 12 months, which wasn’t explained to us and so we’re paying even more than the $5,000 we initially spent. We’d call, but as nice as they all are, they aren’t going to fix it or offer us anything even though we spent a ton of money with them, bought in to all the package deal and warranty guarantees, we can’t remedy any of the issues we’ve had. We won’t ever buy here again and would encourage you to avoid them.

I had the best experience at this store! I happily bought a mattress from them and then several months later when I figured out I'd made a mistake and needed to make an exchange, Dan made the exchange easy and painless and I had a new mattress the next day. I will happily shop here again for all my mattress needs!
