If I could give 0 starts I will. The worst customer service experience, the lady was very rude, not hospitality at all. The rates they were charging to activate one existing line to a new phone were crazy, she could not even explain the why and had to call the manager to explain x looks like she doesn’t have/know any knowledge of what she was doing. After that, I found it that I could activate the number/phone online without any activation fees as they were trying me to charge $60.00. Do not come to this store terrible service

The Hispanic lady that helped me was really awesome. Rare to find decent customer service with Metro these days. I’ll definitely be switching service providers but shout out to that lady.

Really a crazy experience I was in Westminster Colorado & the 1st Metro T-mobile had one employee who spoke zero English 2nd store was a little better

The employee was very helpful answered all my questions and even tried to do was I was asking a couple different ways so that she could A. Make sure what I was trying to accomplish was approved and B. Do it at a price I could afford with sacrificing quality. A++ for her Superior customer service that she excelled at. If all employees were as good as her the world would be such a better place! We never made formal introductions so I can not recall ever getting her name. I will update this soon with her name but for employer or/and owner she is the one who was scheduled Wednesday October 18th. And was around 5-630pm

Bad customer service ? just wanted to reactivate my hotspot device but was told they had this unlimited internet wich it was not true end up being the same 100gb hotspot plan they always had ..... not good not good ???

We went into Metro PCS to inquire about adding unlimited mobile hotspot for our camper. We were told it's not available. We were disappointed to walk out of the store without the service we need. I was more disappointed that the store representative didn't offer a map of coverage areas, or let us know when the service might be coming to the areas we are most often in. I thought she could've have made just a little extra effort without having to go out of her way, and that would have shown us we are valued customers. This is s good place for cellular service and accessories, and the employee are usually very helpful and friendly.
