Do not go here! Scammers and terrible service.Terrible experience. Came here to get a line added to my account from a previous carrier. The employee here named Jasmine had bad customer service skills from the beginning. She already seemed annoyed as soon as I walked in. She didn’t ask any clarifying questions for someone in her position as to exactly what we wanted done. She just started with the process.She didn’t explain what she was doing while she was doing it. Then when I mentioned we have the transfer pin for the port-in, she gave a giant sigh and cursed and blamed me for not saying something sooner. Then she claimed that the number on the phone was lost and we couldn’t bring the device over to Metro even though we’re using an eSim.It was going to cost $105 to add a line to my account for the $50 plan plus in store activation. Where did this price point come from?!? Almost got got.She clearly had no idea what was happening and had no previous training on how to do her job. I’m not sure how she got hired. Maybe it was her first job ever.I know metro in general doesn’t have great customer service but this is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Yoselia gave great customer service!! I had tried to pay my bill multiple times online and wasn't able to. She took care of everything for me as well showed me some of the phones. 7236 Federal Blvd location.

Scammers!! Angela added a new line new number instead of upgrading and adding new phone to exciting line had my husband pay phone plus activation plus one month bill why? It wasn't cheaper then just upgrading...To get her little 30 dollar commission more for a new line! went in talked to a "boss owner" Edgar over phone. He was rude and defensive didn't apologize acknowledge wrong told me to take him to court because my husband agreed but couldn't provide no signature paperwork. In the end they refunded return of phone only by metro not the franchise location they ate the one month bill charge and activation fee they were so hungry for!! reporting this location what they do is fraud!!!

Don't go here! You'll get ripped off.Went there to buy a new phone cause we were eligible for an upgrade. The phone we grabbed was $179. After taxes, phone, and activation, they were asking $320... Hahaha wt..f? She said it was gonna be $180 for activation, only.Went to the next store right down the street, grabbed the same phone, case and screen, $256 out the door.Great job, ladies... NOOOT ????

Definitely a rip off, they said cases and screen protectors included with phones and then I was charged $290+ they put everything on and as I try to return items I could they told me they couldn't refund me, very disappointed that they take advantage of customers DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR SWITCHING OVER OR GETTING A NEW LINE/PHONE

Worst customer service experience of my life. I was sold a case and never told the price..I was sold a phone and never told the fees. I was not given a receipt after it took over an hour to activate my phone..when I went back the nasty staff told me I was a liar and then asked me if I was so broke that I needed to argue over $20. How dare they say such things to a customer. I called corporate to complain and was told I would get a call in one day. I never got a call. Do NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They are scammers who discriminate.
