I purchased a vehicle with 60,000 miles on it, two weeks ago. It was not pre certified due to the year. The loan amount and interest was incorrect. The loan provider fixed it. The first loan application was attempted with (Wells Fargo) and was denied because the vehicle was over priced. The employees stated they prefer credit unions, so they can get the retail price requested. The vehicle I purchased requires rotors to be done at the same time as brakes pads, due to the type of vehicle. They threw cheep pads on the front and said they did the brakes. The vehicle is all wheel drive so they all wear the same. I called Audi to get quote on new brakes due to squeaking. They stated that they will not only do the break pads, the brakes and rotors must be done at the same time. Just because it says Mercedes don’t trust these employees. There were several men involved in this situation. They can’t even provide a pre inspection sheet of what was done to the vehicle prior to putting on the lot. My guess is because other than cheep brake pads, nothing else was done. In addition, there is also a coolant leak. (See photos)

We had DEF system codes on our Mercedes Sprinter. Alec and his team helped us out and it was amazing. Kind and friendly staff and they all loved up our dogs. They not only addressed our issue but went above and beyond to be sure all our recall issues had been address as well. Thank you all so much for making repairs pretty painless.

i took my 2012 Sprinter in to get the emissions modification done a few months ago. i was pretty nervous given the outcomes some people have had with this modification. Randall and the team took good care of us, and after replacing some glow plugs in addition to the modification, the van is running great with no CEL. thanks guys!

Had a brake issue with my 2018 Sprinter. Took it in on a Tues, got it back on a Fri. Service writer was professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Other than being expensive, everything was great.

This dealership is OUTRAGEUS!!!!!!!!!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They RIPP you off like you wouldn't even comprehend with the reasoning why they forced you to pay you that much. Not even to mention, MOST OF THE STUFF, THEY DIDN'T FIX the problems I still have on my car!!!!!! I brought in my car twice for them to fix EVERYTHING, and the problems that I had, I still have it. The first time I brought in my car to have EVERYTHING Fixed, they DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING, and they had my car for 1 week. Tyler was the advisor I had, and he said that just for my Service B, it would cost me $1,355!!!! This is outrages. My friend owns a GMC, and for him to complete a full service, it would cost him between $157 to $355 max. On the second time that I brought in my car to the dealership. They had my car for 2 weeks, they finally fixed only one issue. But I STILL have A LOT OF pop ups on my screen like, brake assist inoperative, send to dealer, and so much more pop ups. This is a scam, I paid them for barley anything getting fixed. I got lawyers involved.
