Dr. Holden is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She has helped me so much with various health issues I was unable to resolve through conventional medicine. I truly have a much better quality of life. It has been well worth the investment! The front office staff has always been very kind and professional. Very high quality people and care provided here. I highly recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about the care I receive from Dr Lisa Holden. She actually spends TIME with me, listens, and really dives into methods to help. I haven't felt this good in decades and I attribute this change to her care and recommendations. Mederi doesn't take insurance so it's not inexpensive - worth every penny plus the effort to stick to the protocol and plan.

We went to our our first adjustment and it was a very pleasant experience. Dr Jake Osmaki was very informative and taught us practical things that we can do to fix our pain points. He was thorough with the adjustment and also focused on relaxing the soft tissues, which not a lot of chiropractors do.

I worked with Mederi Health a couple of years ago and found it beneficial with consistently greaat service. I have recently returned to address the slide in health many of us have had due to covid. I have had great service and they will go out of their way to make things work for you and they can help you get healthier!

Dr. Holden is amazing, I wish all doctors were like her! She takes time to actually talk to you and get to know your needs and what issues you are having. After working with her for a few years I can honestly say she changed my life for the better. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants a whole body approach that finds underlying issues and isn't satisfied with a PCP just saying "we can give you a pill for that symptom".

Dr Holden takes a whole body approach to health and wellness and cares about making sure your body functions at it’s optimal capacity. She recommends testing throughout your treatment, lifestyle changes, natural supplements that are actually absorbed, and if necessary prescription medication to keep you on track. She is a wealth of knowledge and I would highly recommend anyone to her who is struggling with complex health and wellness concerns.

Dr. Holden and her staff are very skilled at helping people get to the root cause of what is going on with their health. Most Doctor's won't help unless you are practically dying but Dr. Holden treats her patients with respect, listens and will do what it takes to help them. The chiropractor in the office, Dr. Jake, is very good at adjusting people and giving suggestions at what to do to help reduce or minimize pain. Overall, my experience has been a positive one with this office.
