Adding to the amazing reviews for Jon in plumbing. It’s not often you meet someone who could have their own masterclass in plumbing - his experience, patience, and attitude towards teaching the steps and processes for various plumbing replacements instilled confidence I didn’t think I could have around this stuff. I’ve already gone back 6 times for his guidance and he’s been uplifting (even when sick) every step of the way. Thanks Jon for making yourself available for your customers. I also had a very pleasant experience with Barbara in returns bringing multiple items back in one go.

My husband and I came in for blinds around 5:00pm. Jason from flooring was helping us out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped us match up our measurements to the perfect blinds and worked the cutting machine for the ones that needed it. This location is not the closest but we will be returning just to work with Jason again.

I wish they had opened a Home Depot here instead of a Lowe’s. At least Home Depot would’ve cut the 10-foot pipe I was buying in half so it could fit in my car—or handed me a hacksaw to do it myself. Customer service really feels like a thing of the past.
And to top it off, instead of helping at the register, someone just stands there with their arms crossed, watching over your shoulder to make sure you’re not stealing while you check yourself out. It’s offensive.

Terrible customer service. Faulty items. No replacement or returns just days after purchase.
Purchased a faulty washing machine from this store. Out of the box, during the first cycle, it was making a squealing noise when we ran it. Attempted to arrange a replacement, for an identical machine, 3 days after purchase and they wouldn’t do it. Then inquired about simply returning the machine (also 3 days after purchase), as I still have the receipt, and they wouldn’t take it back either.
Will not be doing business with Lowes going forward, and would also recommend going elsewhere to everyone else.

I ordered from Lowe's and the package has been sitting in a warehouse bounce between two shipment facilities. I spoke with the Lowe's chat and been disconnected four times and no escalation and my package is not been delivered and no one help me. FedEx will not help me because Lowe's is shipper And Lowe's are not helping me because it has Date Any help no one escalated to a manager no one do anything order from Lowe's they will not do anything for you. They will just disconnect you.

I hope they don't delete my comment and the people in this store pay attention to me because today I bought a package for 600 dls and when I bought that with my ticket they would give me another tool for free and the lady at the checkout took it she didn't give it to me I don't know Yes, she claims it, but that seems bad to me.
