My aging parents purchased a refrigerator from Lowe's on 12/5/23 for $3600, which was delivered on 12/8/23. Unfortunately, their experience has been far from satisfactory.On 12/13/23, just five days after purchase, both the fridge and freezer completely froze, resulting in the loss of all contents. Seeking assistance, they returned to Lowe's, only to be told that 48 hours after the purchase, there's nothing the store can do to replace the unit. This lack of support was disheartening, especially considering the significant investment made.A repairman was scheduled for 12/15/23, who assessed the issue and needed to order parts. The parts arrived on 1/4/24, and the refrigerator was repaired on 1/8/24. However, their relief was short-lived as the appliance malfunctioned again, prompting another visit from the repairman on 1/9/24.Throughout this ordeal, my parents had to go out to eat twice a day due to the malfunctioning refrigerator, adding to their inconvenience and expense. To make matters worse, when they initially sought a replacement on 12/13/23, they were directed to three different individuals at Lowe's, all of whom treated them poorly and took no responsibility for the defective appliance sold to them.This experience has been not only frustrating but also costly, both in terms of the initial investment and the subsequent financial losses from ruined food. It's disheartening to see a lack of accountability and customer support from a company of Lowe's stature.I hope Lowe's takes the necessary steps to address these issues promptly and provides the resolution and customer service that should accompany a significant purchase like a major appliance.

Going to Home Depot! I drive out of my way to frequent Lowe's. It is an extra 25 minutes each way Been going there for 20+ years. Bought a washer and thought maybe I needed some hoses. Ran to Lowe's for the hoses and found out the washer came with them. Had used a Christmas gift card for the $25 purchase. Receipt got washed in the new washer (irony!). Customer service is no longer offering in store credit per the clerk. I guess making a $25 sale is more important than the several thousand I spend there. HD is less than three miles away so it will be my new go to store.

I like Lowes because it is a clean store but the prices have really went up. Lowes have joined the rest of these corporations that want to price gouge. Everything has went up but some stores have taken advantage of it and raise prices more than they should.

Needed a specific item. Asked where would it be located at when I entered the store. Went right to location, took it to check out and left. All under 10 minutes.

Customer service, found it. Lowe’s flooring has fantastic customer service. I first met Yammy: friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable on the product and doesn’t care how many questions you ask or how many times you show up in the flooring department. She has always been kind and easy to work with. When Yammy isn’t there Ryan is there. He is also very kind, knowledgeable and doesn’t care how many times I show up, he is more than willing to help me. Now if you can’t find either one of them, Joe is there holding down the fort. He has also helped me several times. The three musketeers run a great flooring department and always have a smile for the customer. You should check in with them and see what great customer service they give. Also if you need to return product, the customer service desk does a great job. The project is done and looks GREAT!!

Customer service, found it. Lowe's flooring has the finest customer service. I met a person called Yammy: friendly, knowledgeable on flooring and doesn't care how many questions or how many times you appear in the flooring department. She always has the answer and is polite and friendly. If Yammy isn't there, Ryan is. Ryan is always polite, friendly and doesn't care how many times you show up. He is always happy to see the customer. If you can't find them, Joe will be there to help in any way. He has always been helpful and a kind smile. He helped me carry out to my car flooring pieces that are taller then me. The flooring staff is helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, smiling and ready to help. Lowe's has your flooring answers and always helpful. The return desk is always polite and helpful. I had to return some things and they happily gave me back my money. No problems.

I was having problems with my GE washing machine. I thought my warranty was expired. They looked at my account and found out my warranty was still good.. they also set me up an appointment to have it looked at. I had the most wonderful outstanding customer service from Alex,Ty,Lzzy.. thank you Lowe's for hiring outstanding people to represent Lowe's company keep up the excellent customer service.. Late on a Saturday evening, and I was that-customer who asked for an associate to cut a piece of wood. Tyler showed up promptly with a smile and asked me about my project. He helped by making a very precise cut. My little project looks amazing and I'm very happy with the materials and cost. Thank you to Tyler and the rest of the very professional associates at this Lowe's.

Had a great experience working with Aaron (assistant manager) and the customer service team. They went out of their way to help me due to long delays from ordering online for pick-up at a different location. They discovered that my items were in store and gathered them for me right away. Completely made my day. Thanks again!
