This is why I like shopping at Lowe’s. We decided to smoke a brisket for the game and showed up at Lowe’s at 7:30 am on Sunday. Joey and Joey or Joey squared helped us and gave us advice all with a great sense of humor. Thank you gentlemen

Buyer Beware! Make sure you actually complete a project within 90 days, or you WON'T BE ABLE TO RETURN ANY EXTRA SUPPLIES!!!! Ridiculous policy that they won't allow returns after 90 days. What do you want us to do with the extra material; dump it in the trash, landfill, give it back to you for free? Insane they impose such a restriction from a "home improvement" and "DIY" store. Called up customer service, and the first thing they want you to do is sign up for a credit card so you have a whole year to make returns - NO THANKS! I'll never shop here again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This Lowes practices unethical business practices. Price tag on shelf does not match what rings up at the register. They have a big placard at the entrance announcing "First Responder Appreciation." When I inquired what the sign was referencing, the cashier pretended to not know what I was talking about. I then pointed to the sign and the cashier refused to turn around to see the sign. I said "it's right there," he responds without moving his head "I don't know what you're talking about about." Shady. Lowes uses the good name of first responders to make money and does absolutely nothing to help first responders. I will never be shopping at Lowes again.

Jessica Hoffman, the delivery manager was AMAZING! I had a mirror that was damaged from the vendor while en route over Christmas and I had a short deadline for my home renovation for installation. She spent hours calling the vendor, emailing them, tracking them down and eventually worked with them to ship a new mirror expedited to me directly. Such great customer service and fighting for me! Thanks Lowe’s for an awesome employee who cares!

They don't bother you more then necessary, except for the short fake people in the store trying to help you and they dint even know the store layout

Bought and PAID for a door project that took 3 months to accomplish. We hit many issues on the way to the installation date, then once it was the day of install the contractor couldnt find my door. Also once you sign up for a project they want 20% if you want to cancel (even if you are cancelling because they have had awful customer service) Such a disappointment that you cannot trust them with your home projects.

Wally was super helpful, went out of his way and made sure another store had what I was looking for in stock by calling them and getting me in touch with them. Most lowe’s employees would not have done what he did.
