BEWARE THE NEW "RETURN POLICY:" No receipt, go f yourself - even on small items exclusive to Lowes.
No more late night $3+ chip brushes for me. Going forward, I'll have to let everything wait for the Freight (a few doors down).
Large corporations are finally figuring out the right mix of actions needed to yank our economy into the recession they've been itching for since Covid.

We used the curbside delivery option and we're very pleased with the quickness of our servers and they're kind help. I only remember one name and that was Carlos and whoever was working with him today.

For veterans like me Home Depot offers a military discount that is simple and easy to use. Just show them your ID card. Lowe's is a PITA.
I have found the staff at the Lowe's stores in Arvada and Westminster to be lazy and difficult to work with when it comes to checking stock or simply being honest about inventory. Too many other reasons to list...I don't go to Lowes anymore.

If I could give zero stars, I would! We were in there today to get my daughters closet organizer. After loading the big ol' thing, we headed to check out. After we finally found one open,There was a man that got upset because he had to get off of the stool to ring us out. Once he got to his register, he told my husband to lift it. My husband then told him that he already lifted it into the cart. The man stated he should have used a flat cart, and then asked my husband if he wanted it rung up. My husband then proceeded to lift it to get the barcode and the man bumped the buggy trying to lean over, causing it to flip backwards and cut my husbands arm! Then had the audacity to say "better you than me, Im not trying to get hurt on the job". After asking to speak to a manager, and waiting... we walked to customer service.When we explained to the girl at customer service what happened, and showed her my husbands arm, her jaw dropped. She then explained there were NONE on shift. We then left. Went right down the road to the Home Depot, where they LOADED our organizer, and helped us with find some better drawers. We spent less than we were originally planning at Lowes! Im HUGE into customer service and dont mind spending more to get it... I found that at Home Depot and will NEVER visit Lowes again.

Cody at pro checkout would not touch our closet organizer box because it looked heavy. He was sitting down between customers, rude and unhelpful. When I lifted the box out of the cart he said it was better I hurt myself then for him to get hurt. All so he could conviently scan a barcode. We did not purchase this product after experiencing such blatant laziness and disregard to us as a customer. Waited for a manager to assist and we're told they all left at 3pm. We definitely will not shop at Lowe's anymore.

If you are not a self service-find it yourself,load it yourself--and or *dont expect much in a sales person;i sure saw none to ask--nor even see... never have .... i do love my choice in oa smith water heater.. .. man what a difference here---Bob And myself*and thank you also Steve=..we got it installed ... thank you again--!!!

It was not a terrible time,after i got info from my quantum fiber at home... easy to choose the unit i looked at on line..!times are not like they were when i was younger.... do it yourself.... save money;...thank you all again.. *glad Lowes was there as a ;self service hold ... so far the 50 gal. Is all that and the future looks good for my warm showers-and clean rinced dishes... !

Worst customer service ?
Store wasn't even busy. An item we were attempting to purchase rang up over shelf price and when we brought it to the cashier's attention she had to call for an override to a manager. We stood there waiting over 10 minutes for no one to show up. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS wait time for a store that isn't even busy!!!

One name. Pearl Schug, assistant manager. Pearl demeaned and humiliated my father for trying to buy a clearance item.
My father went in to try and buy a clearance item "Brass Keyed Sash Lock" and for some reason the Lowes Point of Sale system rang it up at 2 cents. My dad explained he didn't expect them to sell it to him at 2 cents, he just wants to pay the advertised clearance price of $1.04 (see picture) yet Pearl was extremely rude, condescending, and refused to sell him this item giving absolutely zero reason, rationale, or any shred of dignity or respect.
She simply said, "Nope I refuse to sell you this item". She even went as far as to tell her employees not to help my father.
Someone like Pearl who goes out of her way to purposely mistreat a customer in this way doesn't deserve to be a "manager", that's embarrassing.
Hey Pearl, walk back to the sell section and see for yourself your own advertisement. Maybe you're not qualified to be in management? Rhetorical question.
