Customer service, found it. Lowe's flooring has the finest customer service. I met a person called Yammy: friendly, knowledgeable on flooring and doesn't care how many questions or how many times you appear in the flooring department. She always has the answer and is polite and friendly. If Yammy isn't there, Ryan is. Ryan is always polite, friendly and doesn't care how many times you show up. He is always happy to see the customer. If you can't find them, Joe will be there to help in any way. He has always been helpful and a kind smile. He helped me carry out to my car flooring pieces that are taller then me. The flooring staff is helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, smiling and ready to help. Lowe's has your flooring answers and always helpful. The return desk is always polite and helpful. I had to return some things and they happily gave me back my money. No problems.

Peggy is horrible. I should have known with the reviews although this was the only place that I could pick up the necessary supplies I needed. She was rude sarcastic. I had a clear description from their site showing it was available in store and all she did was mumble under her breath, saying things that I'm sure if I hurt her would've been an unpleasant exchange, do yourself a favor if you have to go to Lowe's try another one

Terrible. Avoid their free with purchase install program. They use a terrible company called kluge brothers. No clue what they are doing. Decreased the value of our house.

This Lowe's location offers great customer service. I recently had a discrepancy with what I ordered online and they didn't hesitate to make it right. They also have the best prices and quality on plants. This is my go-to shop for all of my gardening needs.

Jan 23 we ordered a 6000 dollar range. Twice it came to our home damaged. Customer service was lacking in that Amanda Farmer, manager, did nothing. We called the store, after Amanda's truckers delivered the second range bent to heck. She could have cared less; rude, interrupted, talked over us and was not listening. No matter how we explained to her about the range not being tied down in the truck, the obvious damage, the weeks it took to get each stove etc she was not interested. An arrogant head manager.

Love Wally who sold me the fridge but I am still waiting for delivery after a 7 hour window and they had cancelled the day before. Not one phone call and I don't even know if they are coming tonight. So unprofessional ! The company is called Riverstone Logistics who does delivery for a Lowe's. Nobody should have to give up two full days waiting for a delivery that does not arrive. Sorry Lowe's you lost me and you should take care of your customers all the way through to delivery. People be aware of what you are getting into when you have it delivered.

While it is true the two folks I spoke with initially helped me greatly, everything went downhill from there. The first dishwasher that arrived at our house was damaged in the box. The installer returned it to the store and it took 3 weeks of m calling to get information on what would happen next. Another dishwasher was sent to the house. It did not fit because the measurement specs I had used on the Lowe's site did not match the specs on the manufacturer's site I found after the fact. I printed both to show the store the discrepancy.This one got taken back and it was another week and a half to get that refunded and to purchase another dishwasher that had the correct specs to measure from. Another two weeks with no update went by and I decided I was done and requested that the entire transaction be refunded as I wanted to go somewhere else. This was a monumental feat to accomplish even with me having every receipt from the start of it all. After an hour and a half at the store, most was refunded with the rest coming in a few weeks worth of business days via check in the mail.Each employee I encountered in person during this process was polite and tried to help. But the in between communication was completely lost. Any update, any information took me making many phone calls, waiting on hold and being transferred in circles to chase it down. I hope Lowe's can improve their communication process in the future as well as more vigilance in keeping their appliance spec information on their website up to date.

This review is more of a 1 star for the customer service rep that answers the phone in regards to carport cleaning rentals. I've been in this store before and the customer service isn't bad but the lady that answered the phone on 2/4/23 around noon needs to be a bit more friendly. She was extremely short and rude. I understand they get busy and are likely short staffed like everywhere but the gal who answered the phone at the Lowe's Westminster was sooooo much more friendly and helpful. It is is not that that hard to be nice, especially when someone has a simple question and was definitely not being rude or demanding. I will likely avoid this store if I can.
