Sunday 7 January around 12 am one of the workers saw a guy watching codes and stealing from lockers. For management I’m talking about locker 251 event.Security needs to be increased. The thief managed to run out and no one stopped him.

While the equipment and facilities are great, overall, I would say the value is not worth the price for this place. No matter when you go, it is almost always too crowded. Several people bring their kids and let them play on the machines, which lowers the capacity for people to get stuff done. There's also a lot of standing around and occupying machines that aren't in use. The gym does not appear to do a good job at either managing its capacity or ensuring there's enough of the right equipment that people are looking to do. Definitely expected better for $230 a month.

Very nice clean facility.

Overall, this is a pretty decent facility, my only complaint is that prices have gone way up and I don’t believe the service has. I don’t know if they are reinvesting in what they have with the funds that they are charging. I mostly go because I like to swim and work out, sometimes schedules get a bit confused. It is difficult to do what I would like to do. Overall I recommend this place I just wish they would keep up with everything in it.

Worst gym in the state. Incompetent staff and dirty facilities.

I was a guest on Thursday at the one on 148th. Staff was very kind, facilities were clean, instructors were so amazing. Will be getting a membership soon. Thank you, Kristian, for taking me as your guest!

So glad I joined. Today I came to pick my toddler up from child care and the kids were standing in a circle and the caregiver was singing the wheels on the bus and doing the hand motions. The kids were all being attentive and eyes glued on her. It was the cutest thing. I love that they interact with the kids and engage them in activity. My toddler has been so worn out afterwards and it's giving her a chance to interact with other kids since she doesn't go to daycare. It's also the first actual break I've had since having her which has been great because now I can go to hot yoga and so many other classes which I would have had to pay $20 an hour to a babysitter plus the CorePower hot yoga fee alone which would have added up way quicker than the value of lifetime fitness. Not to mention , I haven't found a babysitter I've trusted as much as I have with the staff caring for the kids at the child care center here. It is a value of you incorporate it into your lifestyle and they offer so many ways to do that. For our family it's perfect because they include the entire family more than a typical gym would

I have been threatened 4x by a member at this location, physical harm, and management has done nothing, both Jills have been made aware and refuse to help.Scary.

I absolutely love the staff! They are so helpful and caring. They have become like family and always let me use their charger when my AirPods and phone are dead.

I’m a bit torn, but I’ve spent a decent amount of time in “premium” athletic clubs and this one really stands out in-terms of its facility and amenities! But with the higher membership dues I would expect Lifetime to cap its active member-base to prevent overcrowding. I came to check this location out for an afternoon thinking I was ready to move away from the cluttered commercial gym I’ve been using, but was disappointed when I had to wait 20min for one of the ~8 squat racks to open up. I found that there was a large population of people in the gym that were on their phones and generally unaware or inconsiderate of the time they were taking on equipment.I don’t blame them, they pay $180 a month so they can can move at their own pace, but unfortunately lifetime is overselling memberships and not preserving the member experience that people shopping in this price point expect.I may make more visits, as the facility is appealing, but my outlook toward membership is a bit negative if my 1hr workouts are going to be extended by waiting/queuing for the equipment I want to use.

The gym is nice, but they've restricted pretty much all classes to signature level memberships. And why can't they afford a pool cleaner? Those robotic vacuums aren't that expensive, but I have to swim in Band-Aids.

Membership is expensive, but you get what you pay for. There are plenty of machines of every type and there is a very spacious pool area with a sauna and two hot tubs as well. I think there are about 10 lanes to swim indoors as well as a sizable outdoor pool area.

Removed one bball court for pickle ball. They are using the other bball court for kids activities for the entire summer so basketball is not available for anyone until after 630 pm daily.

I love this gym and the people who work here. There is a real community here once you get involved and the classes are outstanding!

It’s a nice gym for what you pay for , BUT THE CAFE , the protein they use must be bottom of the shelf it tastes so chalky & so cheap no matter what you add to it. I only drink one if I absolutely have no time to eat something else. For what we pay I expect top tier protein.
