I recently had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters in Broomfield, CO. The young lady who assisted me was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with ease and made the entire process of selecting my designer sunglasses smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel very comfortable and well-cared-for. I particularly appreciated how she took the time to chat with me while entering all the necessary information into the system, which added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service and expertise.

Horrible experience here. Everyone is very nice, but they are NOT properly trained. I had a problem with my lenses I bought here and spent two hours trying to get my sunglasses to fit without visual disturbances. I eventually gave up because I was told that I’d probably need to “get used to them.” Nope! I went to another location and had an amazing experience (go to the Thornton location on 120th, not here!!). The other location immediately were able to tell that my lenses were cut incorrectly, they were too big for my glasses which caused a bowing effect and made it impossible to have clear vision. This store also had damaged the frames and the lens coating in the process of trying to help. Save yourself lots of time and go elsewhere.

Great service by great people. Staff made sure I was taken care of and well informed every step of the way. Will definitely be returning for future eye exams and to purchase glasses. Shout out to Karina, Leslie and Dr. Susan Hopper.

My entire experience from start to finish was amazing. My eye doctor, Anjana Sharma, joined virtually and that did not hinder my experience whatsoever incase that is a concern for anyone looking to book an appointment. She was professional and helpful and answered all of my questions. She provided an optometrist referral for my high eye pressure and spoke with me about my eye health as I had questions regarding the eye pressure and how that relates to possible glaucoma. The assistant who helped me through my entire visit was Jason. He was outstanding. I had so many questions about insurance, pricing, eye health, and he was patient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and made my entire experience very positive. He helped me when I picked my frames, helped me with contact lens questions, took the time to look at different pricing options and worked with me to fit my needs. I was nervous about going because it’s been a while since I’ve taken care of my eye health and I knew I was going to be the annoying customer with a billion questions. They did not make me feel like a burden during my visit and Jason went above and beyond to help me. Both of them were transparent and I felt like I was actually being taken care of. This was the best eye appointment experience I have ever had and I cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience with Jason was. I highly recommend this location. Even the other gentleman working in the glasses area was pleasant and chatted with me while I was finishing my payment. My contacts are comfortable, they have a very good selection of frames, the quality of everything I have tried is great, the entire place is clean, and I left my appointment with my questions answered and excited to visit and purchase from them in the future.

Always a pleasant experience whenever I come here. Super clean store, and the staff is always extra friendly and helpful when it comes to anything I may need. Cleo always knows how to make sure that all of my needs have been met. Great shopping experience.

Great service!!! My husband and I were so lucky to have Cleo and Jason helping us. They were so nice, attentive and eager to help us. If you stop by this location ask for them, you are not going to regret it!!!

Dillon you are the best! I I received my progressive-lenses and I was not satisfied. Dillon handled the situation with empathy and professionalism. He understood my frustration and he took the time to find a solution. He sat me down, performed an exam, and realized the glasses weren’t set up correctly for my eyes. I was able to order a new pair of glasses and I am so grateful for Dillon! I left the store with a resolution and not frustration!Thanks Dillon! Loyal customer forever!
