Choosing the right light was challenging because there were so many appealing options that were outside my budget. However, Anthony was incredibly helpful and made the decision easier. I'm confident I made the right choice, although Anthony kindly printed out information on the light I really wanted for future reference. I also want to thank Pamela for assisting me at checkout and arranging for someone to help me carry the large box to my car. I wish I had visited this store years ago—they truly have a light for every need and budget. If you're uncertain, don't hesitate to visit; you won't regret exploring their extensive selection.

My experience was wonderful. And what made it so good was the excellent customer service I received working with Sarah I kept changing my mind and she never got frustrated. She made the shopping experience wonderful. Going back today to get more stuff. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely lovely staff, always welcomed me in the store. Very easy to contact over the phone as well if you have any questions. Ended up purchasing a few chandeliers after the visit and barstools. They have amazing quality barstools for very decent pricing. Manager was helping us out and kept us informed and updated on our purchases and answered our questions. Would definitely be back for more lighting needs.

We went to other lighting stores in our state are were treated like we were invisible. We don’t look like the typical customer. When we went into this store Pamela was kind & welcoming. We ended up working with her to make selections for the majority of the lighting for our home renovation. We were happy to spend our money & time with Pamela in your store. It’s refreshing to know that some there are still people who don’t assume the extent of someone wallet based on the fact that said someone could look outside of the “norm”.

My wife and I are really happy to live close to this Lamps Plus. We are very happy with purchases we made - a chandelier, sconces, and a mirror so far. The store manager Anthony is wonderful - he goes above and beyond by keeping our three little kids happy and busy which allows us to make purchasing decisions. Our kids love going to this store and it's because of the welcoming atmosphere.

My husband and I visited the Westminster store to look for a can light, but we could not find it as it was not on display. Brad Graham came up to us and offered his assistance and went online to locate the item for us. He answered our questions very patiently even though we were not ready to make a purchase. We would definitely return to the store as he made a good impression on us.
