I’m new to the area and needed maintenance done on my car & this place was, unfortunately, recommended to me by two separate people. Not sure how! I went in to get a squeak checked out, and (Joey?) quoted me $8,100 for a laundry list of problems & services they recommended. This absolutely baffled me, like knocked me out of my seat-shocked. The car isn’t even worth that much. $500 to replace both headlights? In what world. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion (Elite Auto & Truck Repair in Loveland) and thank god I did. The second quote? Only $720 of work necessary. Not sure about you guys but one of those feels extremely outrageous and unethical even. I cannot wrap my head around what kind of people would try to literally steal thousands of dollars from someone seeking assistance. I’m not going to say for certain it’s because I was a young woman by herself with a limited knowledge on cars, but this is not the first of heard of them overcharging women, and I can’t seem to think of another reasonable explanation. If you’re not a man, I suggest you take your car literally anywhere else ?

Excellent service for all sorts of issues! Had my regular checkups done here, emissions tests, and random repairs. Friendly and fair service each time.

Update June 2024: I was in need of another repair on my truck and having had such positive results on my previous visit, I returned to Lake Arbor. I was really glad I did. Once again they provided excellent service. My truck is running great and I feel confident taking it on road trips again. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and they did a great job of explaining what needed repaired, and why. I trust this place.
April 2023: Quality repairs and customer service. Fair pricing. Great location. Comfortable customer lobby while you wait.

Lake Arbor has serviced my 2009 Subaru for years. Just before a huge road trip, I took my car into LAA&T to insure all would go well. Many things needed to be addressed in a very short time. I was deeply thankful for the expert work my car received, and most especially how attentively Austin and the rest of the team worked to make sure I had my car in reliable condition for this important trip. Austin was kind, friendly, and all around excellent at communicating and facilitating everything. As a result, we made it all over the state, and over Independence Pass (in a stick shift!) with confidence. You get ALL the gold stars, Austin & Team!
Looking forward to many more years with my well maintained "elderly" Subaru!

While traveling we experienced vehicle trouble requiring immediate attention. Lake arbor auto was recommended as the experienced and honest repair facility to get things done right. We had our vehicle towed there on a Saturday night, I contacted them Monday morning explaining our situation. They told me they were booked up two weeks out but would do their best. After inspection and approval of the estimate they called me at 3:00 saying they work was completed! This was an anomaly because other jobs didn’t show up, that being said they fit us in and had us back on the road with smile. This business works with integrity and honesty. You will be hard pressed to find better service.

I took my car here for a 2nd opinion after being quoted many thousands of dollars for repairs at a different place. Here they got to the bottom of what was going on, quoted me less, were honest with their recomendations, and completed the repairs quickly. The customer service was great too. I was kept up to date on everything that was going on and they were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place over any of the chain places

Nice people and good service, they changed my brakes and had good communication. They didn't change the oil even though there was only 100 miles before it was due. This required a second appointment
