I was nervous about having to come in for my 3 hour test, but everything went very smoothly! The women at the front desk were very friendly and efficient, and the man who drew my blood was great (normally people have issues finding my veins). Would definitely recommend coming here!

If you can avoid this place. I would recommend you do so at all costs. If there is an issue, they will not communicate it. If you have a question, they will not answer it. They don't even have the physical means to do so. Their system is regularly down. If you show up, they will let you sit in the lobby for hours before telling you they will not help you today. They do not have a way to verify, ie phone number, that the system is functioning. You have to drive to the location and hope. Good luck and god speed to anyone unfortunate enough to miss or disregard this review.

Came in without an appointment and checked in at the kiosk. Everything went smoothly and the person taking my blood was cordial and professional, especially when I said I can get queasy with blood draws. In and out in under 20 minutes

Spectacularly poorly run. Unapologetic about hours long wait. If you have another option, do not go here.

The wait time for routine bloodwork that I scheduled for in advance this ok well over an hour. The staff was friendly and helpful but unfortunately their wait times are out of control!

I was only here for an employment drug screening. And the person that did that for me, was nice and overall pleasant.
However that was it. The two people who seemed to be the receptionists were some of the rudest people I'd ever met. Their tones were condescending and they would flat out rudely tell older members who were struggling with the check in machine "It's not that hard". I was appalled that anyone in any level of medical field would treat people like that.

This is a horrible place. I have to use lab corp though. They were so rude and so far behind. I have a 1:30 appt. I can only do it on my lunch hour but they were 45 minutes behind. I ask for help at the desk and she was rude and bothered by my questions!!

Trust the reviews. Maybe at certain times you get lucky and don’t wait long but I’ve been waiting an hour already with no hope of being seen soon. Expect to wait at least an hour and a half possibly 2 hours.

Very long wait times even with an appointment (1 hr), but understandable with being understaffed. The sad part is on the computer monitor there was a chat pop up from a Labcorp group and someone said “never believe patients, they lie LOL”I get venting, but maybe don’t do it on a platform where patients can potentially see that.
