My wife and I went to La-Z-Boy at Westminster, CO. yesterday. It was easily the best furniture buying experience in our soon to be 40 year marriage. Marie was wonderfully helpful making sure that we understood all of our options while fully respecting our price range. She was great. Dawn, their interior designer, is coming over soon to lock things in. It was easily the best experience we ever had.

sales folks were nice and helpful, and not overbearing like many furniture sales people. wish there were a little more modern options, but the comfort is worth it.

Went to buy a recliner at lazy boy in Westminster lady working there tried charging me $100 more than sale price in ad a $1089 recliner went up to almost $1400 said there was a $200 charge for delivery for a recliner iwas going to pick up at the store!So I went on.line and bought same recliner from Wayfair for $989 including tax! delivered to my front door! For free!people go to Wayfair and save hundreds of dollars for the same recliner they have all the same models as the store does for less.what a rip-off so go find the chair or furniture you want at the store and save hundreds by buying the same thing on Wayfair!!!

Went to pick up a recliner today. Drove 2.5 hours and they knew we were coming to get it. We asked to have it in 2 pieces and wrapped in shrink wrap. The chair was sitting in the back with nothing done to it. The lady told me that the guy that does that work was gone and did I call them ahead of time. Called them twice!! She said he must have not known that we wanted it wrapped and separated?!?!?! Really…..I pointed to the note on the chair that said…….”wrap in 2 pieces”. She pointed to the wrap and said I could wrap it. No body helped me wrap it or load it!! We will never be back and will not ever recommend!! Worst service ever!!.

I would give a 0 if I could.My husband were looking for a new dining set. As soon as we went in, a lady approach us and told me: Your face looks familiar. Do you do house cleaning? (We are hispanic). I was in shock and could say anything and left the store. There's nothing wrong with cleaning houses but that's a stereotype for Hispanic people. I wonder if that is a conversation she would have with a white couple as soon they come in their store.Lazy Boy, do better!!

We had some issues with a previous order and Julie (the manager) sat down with us and helped us get everything taken care of. She was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and frankly she is the reason we will continue shopping here. The products are always high quality, but it's the people that truly keep customers. Julie is top notch and it was a pleasure working with her today! Thank you Julie!!!

Terrible sales people. Marie was so annoying and wouldn’t let us do anything she told us to. She gave us some tips to help us browse, but proceeded to tell my wife what chair to sit in. Won’t be back.

I really like the quality of the pieces here, but the salespeople are quite pushy.I’ve been in sales and you have to be able to read your customers. I kept being directed to very expensive pieces that frankly looked like things my grandmother would have in her house. Which is fine-except I’m not in my 80’s and tried to communicate what I needed to the salesperson who didn’t seem to hear me at all.Certainly this tactic works on some people, but I know what I want and it would have been nice had the salesperson actually listened to me instead of trying to make a commission.

Placed a 20, 000.00 order in December 2023. Decided for the first time to splurge and buy "higher quality" furniture. 15 of the 21 pieces we bought were damaged upon arrival and I have spent the last 9 months trying to get them fixed or replaced. Nothing has been fixed or replaced so Monday 9/11/23 when a table arrived in worse shape than the one I had in my kitchen, I said I'm done take it all back. Can't take it back because it was special order. DO NOT BUY FROM LAZY BOY the furniture is not high quality!!!! Certainly not done advocating for a solution but this is where I am at today.

Visited this store twice. first time just to browse. Sales people were not pushy or nosey, asked if we needed help, offered assistance and left us to browse - we appreciated that. Second time went in to make decisions, tried a few recliners on our own, the same sales lady assisted us the second time. knowledgeable of products, materials and options. Provided good ideas for if we liked this recliner we probably will like that sofa sort of thing. ended up buying a recliner and a sofa. Would recommend.

I purchased a recliner from this store. The chair was expensive but well-made. Not one thing about the transaction or delivery went well. The sales person (who said she had worked there for decades) took nearly an hour just to prepare the paperwork. It's a chair, not a condo. Then they misinformed me about how it worked to have my old chair hauled away. They were supposed to deliver and haul away on the same trip. They scheduled the delivery so the hauling would not happen, even though we talked about it in detail. The day of the delivery, they were two hours late, which required me to cancel and reschedule appointments; they knocked over some glass bottles on a shelf in my house; they were not prepared or willing to take my old chair. I called to find out what happened. They apologized and said they would make sure hauling my chair was a priority for the haulers and they'd call me first thing Monday to schedule it. It's Tues and I've not heard from anyone. So I've had a chair in the middle of my kitchen for four days. I will not do business w Lazy Boy again. Bad customer service. Bad coordination with an affiliate. Careless movers. Bad communication. Bad experience all around.

We purchased an area rug in January 2022 and it was delivered at the end of March 2022. I know it seems like a lot of time has passed, but I'm still waiting for La-Z-Boy to really address our problem rather just blowing us off and probably hoping we will go away. 1 month after the rug was in our home it began to show signs of fading. It is not in direct sunlight, we have no pets and always remove our shoes at the door. I contacted Dawn at the Westminster store, sent her photos and have had NUMEROUS text conversations with her trying to get this situation resolved. She was always "trying to contact the manufacturer", but months would go by and we heard nothing. I would text her again and she would say she was still waiting for a response from the manufacturer. We paid $1100.00 for an area rug that looks 10 years old. No, wait, I have an area rug that is 10 years old that looks better than this one did after 1 month in our home. Obviously this is a poor quality rug that did not hold its color with minimal normal wear. What a colossal waste of good money! It's unfortunate La-Z-Boy will not stand behind the products it sells. I will never shop at La-Z-Boy Furniture again and caution anyone - Buyer Beware!

Cody was a great representative/ salesperson. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went to great lengths to help us find what we wanted. Highly recommend him and this store.Additional comment:Had a small issue with one of the 2 chairs. La-Z-Boy honored the guarantee as quickly as supply of parts and labor allowed. The repair person they sent was GREAT-Chris is a personable, friendly and extremely competent young man. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part needed and told us what and when to expect it, what do do at each step, and then came back and expertly installed the replacement. Hope La-Z-Boy can keep Cody and Chris and employ more like them. The products are very nice, but the service was GREAT. Thanks guys.
