This particular pharmacy has been my pharmacy for over 35 years. Absolutely accommodating when dropping & picking up Rx's. Very thorough and very quick in getting your Rx's. The pharmacist will answer any questions you may have but honestly, I've always had the pharmacist give instructions automatically. They care about you as a customer when it comes to medications. Great staff & friendly

Changes have been made. Unlike the new veggie case and fresh veggie display format. The tree removal and resurfacing in the parking lost is much appreciated. You've changed suppliers, it seems, on sausage and other things. The new product has less flavoring in it, which is fine with me. I'd like to see more Simple Truth while chickens, but all in all I can usually find what I need there. Your supply logistics are noticeably efficient.Keep it up, Kings.

My prescriptions are never ready on time, as in they tell me when it will be ready and even a day or two later they still aren’t ready when I show up. There’s always a long line, which would be fine it I didn’t get to the end of it only to find out they have filled my Rx.The people at the counter are nice and friendly. But that just doesn’t make up for the rest.Wasting my time constantly. Time to look for some where that can deliver.

Line always takes forever , staff is super rude. I have called and spoke with john, regarding one front person named Angel and how she yelled at me and another customer, and she is still working there. My point is staff needs customer service training and maybe open more than one register, it should not take 30 to 40 minutes everytime to get your prescriptions.

To King Soopers Management:Look, I get it, every place is struggling to hire these days. But when there’s 17 people in line and one pharmacy tech working the register, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG!Hire some help and train them properly!! It’s not rocket science!

Bunch of people that don’t want to work! Pharmacy tech wasn’t willing to help us after trying to get meds switched over from another kings pharmacy 2 other times. I’ve now tried 3 times to fill my medication at this location and been told to go to the other one. What’s the point of transferring my medication if I can’t pick them up where I need to?! Thanks for nothing.

Not enough full service registers. Tried to use self serve register and everybody at these got held hostage by the system insisting we needed help when we said we didn't use any bags. Very irritating and inconvenient to have to wait around for the one person who could get us past the screen so we could pay. I guess they think making sure we weren't lying when we said we didn't use their bags is more important than keeping your customers happy.

Rudest, most unhelpful staff I've ever encountered. I have celiac disease which means my medication HAS to be gluten-free. This staff first REFUSED to call the manufacturers of an antibiotic I was prescribed. I had to ask them to write the manufacturers name and phone number down for me so I could call them myself....and even that seemed to be annoying to them. I left the line to make the call so they can continue to help others. I found out the manufacturer was gluten-free so I went back to the long line. Sidenote: they are slower than molasses here. Told them yes to go ahead and use the prescription. Apparently the prescribing doctor had wrote "name brand only" on the prescription (most name brands are gluten-free that's why he put that) and the pharmacy REFUSED to fill the prescription with what they carry. They told me the doctor would need to resend the prescription without that wording on it. They then said "we would normally call the doctor for you but we are too busy so we wont". I gave up. It's OBVIOUS that a prescription for an antibiotic means I have some type of infection....maybe it's just me who thinks that maybe the medication might be important because they did not care at all! Thanks for absolutelynothing you lazy and rude pharmacy employees!!! I'd like to add that I was here a total of 1.5 hours for all this and still walked away without important medication

Just recently switched pharmacies to this pharmacy and I called for the first time today to get absolutely the worst service ever. I don't know who I spoke with because she did not reveal her name however I will not be going through this pharmacy again it is that bad they are rude and will leave you on hold for 20 + minutes to not care then hang up on you and when you call back they scream at you then hang up on you for you to call again and start over.

Your pharmacy is incompetent when lying and saying they will order my medication. I've been waiting forever and I've been more than patient. And when almost begging you make this right your employees just hang up on me. Its not ok. Please do better.

Scamming customers. Got a script from a different KS, cost $35. Went to this one, and it cost $160. Claimed they don’t take coupons. How dare you steal from your community. Buy Safeway, become a monopoly and rip people off. Just horrible and sad.

Whoever is answering the phones is awful and when you come in to pick up your prescription, pack a lunch. It's going to take all day. Every time I go in, I spend at least 20 minutes in line, at best. This time I walked out. I'm switching to a pharmacy that delivers, this is just asinine.
