Scheduled a vaccine appointment for 7:30 PM, as this was one of the few times that worked with my busy schedule. When I showed up, the pharmacist told me they aren’t doing vaccine appointments because he was the only one there. Upset that I was even able to schedule this appointment in the first place and I would’ve at least appreciated a call telling me to reschedule.

This store is a 3 star through and through. Not bad enough for a 2/1 and not good enough for 4/5. The selection is pretty good and it's pretty well stocked. The employees are nice. Unfortunately they are just so understaffed and I don't really know how to offer them any advice on how to change that. They always have ads out and seems like incentives running. One major drawback for me is their lack of multichild carts. They used to have one car cart that broke and other than that I have my 10 month old in the cart and my 3 year old walking, he's well behaved but it just adds to the stress. On top of that, with the 2 kids I prefer to have a human checker. It's very difficult to self checkout with the kids. And check out the self checkout line, it gets so long. Today it was almost 10 people long. With one gal on checkout and all the moms and older people prefer the human checker. Other than that I like the store. They keep it clean, it's just the only king soopers in the area so it's really busy.

I've been using their pickup service about weekly for 4 years. I started using it about when they started offering it. I had cancer at the time, and shopping for myself and two kids was exhausting. I can't tell you how grateful I am to have had that then and loved it so much I continue to this day. These guys do a great job. The produce is at least as good as I'd have picked, probably better. There's no tipping or instacart weirdness, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. Grocery shopping is not a chore a dread anymore. I go online, pick what I want, browse the coupons, and they bring it to my car. So easy.

I can NOT say enough about the crew over at King Soopers Pharmacy! They have became apart of my kid's life, have supported me when I was unsure and are always consistent with time frames! The consistency alone is something I appreciate but the way they sincerely connect with every person in line. Everyone, Pharmacist included go above and beyond. I would go out of my way way to use this pharmacy.

Good clean store.Curb side pickup is upfront on the more west side of the lot by the pure hockey. Always friendly pickup people.

Maybe try answering the phone and asking your customers to wait instead of just putting them on hold with dead air so they think they’ve been hung up on, NICK. Why did I have to call back three times after thinking I’ve been hung up on, to you FINALLY answering and speaking to me EXTREMELY RUDELY saying, “Hanging up and calling back won’t her you service quicker.”??! I didn’t need prompt service, obviously I know this specific pharmacy is struggling. Everyone does. I just need basic decency and the acknowledgement of my existence so I know you didn’t hang up on me. I’ll be contacting corporate too Nick. Happy new year, and cheers to a new job for you!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to an urgent care and was prescribed meds here but this location was closed at 830 Friday or just weren't answering calls. So I had it filled at another location. Since the prescription was billed to my insurance at this location. I had to pay out of pocket at the other location. I just called and spoke to Kyle and I was trying to get him to release the medication back to my insurance. He told me that they weren't closed but have limited hours. Well I called at 830pm on Friday and I couldn't seem to reach anyone. It was a scramble to get my sick body home/meds filled.He was incredibly rude and interrupted me multiple times and after the final time of interrupting me I just spoke over him so I could "explain"...he retorts with "are you finished". It was super snarky...im kind of in shock thats how business is being handled here. All of that attitude was super unnecessary...have a little empathy for customers, not everyone has the luxury of waiting for your inconvenient unavailability or afford to pay out of pocket. Money is money. Needless to say I will not be ever be returning to this location. Unavailable and rude is a no for me. Peace ✌

Morgan at the self check out is an absolute angel. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND at her job and i couldnt imagine shopping here without seeing her friendly face when i come to check out. You can tell she really cares about the community she serves. If you shop here you already know who i am talking about :)

If you come here for anything stay and wait or they will not fill the prescription! Check other reviews they will say the same thing. Come back after 4pm even though if you wait they have it filled in 20 minutes. The only thing I can say is Garbage service and lazy workers that only do the bare minimum to scrape by cause they hate their work and think customers are an inconvenience.

I stopped shopping at King Soopers 2 months ago because they charged different than their posted prices. I decided to give it a try again today. They have QR codes in the store to download the deals in the store but the internet is so terrible it doesn't download and as a result they over charge. Today, a checker told me to go home, download, wait 30 minutes, then come back and try again. WHAT??? I stop at the store on my way home from work. If they want to continue to overcharge life long customers, fine, I will shop elsewhere and hope that they either close permanently or clean house and hire people who care about customer service.
