I reached out for some assistance on a quote. Considering I am purchasing a vehicle, I wasn't able to provide them with a whole lot of vehicle information. After about 3 or 4 emails between Jill Lynar and I, it was clear that this wasn't going to be a good fit. Speaking to her made me feel like I was being a nuisance.

I have been a customer for 38 years...I have never had a problem of any kind with the company or the agent...Bob Scott was my agent originally when I needed homeowners insurance...Kelly his son has taken over in his footsteps...totally satisfied
