The people who run this store are incredibly rude. I've sent repairs from this store, and it takes a month to get anything back only for it to come back wrong. I've picked up pieces purchased online, and they wouldn't give it to me because they didn't believe I purchased it. Despite the piece being in my name. One of the associates tried to make me pay for something that was covered on my service plan! If you're not spending thousands of dollars, expect to be treated like a bum.(They bribe you with discounts for good reviews)

Great service, i needed a couple of links added to a watch I bought elsewhere, they were only too happy to do it for me, even though it is fiddly strap design and didn't charge me anything.

We went in looking at engagement rings and Judy helped us out. She was very kind and knowledgeable! She and Lily took 3 hours helping search through books and the website to find the perfect ring setting. They were both so kind and excited for us and made sure we didn't settle because they knew we'd have this one for years to come! I would recommend this location and will be returning for the wedding bands!
