Do not go to Kathleen Kimberling at the orchard in Westminster Colorado at Jc Penny Salon . She is unprofessional, rude , condescending, judge-mental inappropriate and should not be providing any kind of service to people . She brings her misery with her and does not treat her clients in a professional or respectful manner .

Kathleen was an exceptional master stylist, highly skilled and provided excellent service. High recommendations! Couldn't convince her to relocate to WA but seriously might have to consider a return to my former home in Westminster!

This was the first time using this salon…. Jackie was very knowledgeable and professional…. She advised me on some issues with my hair and suggested some things to do to combat the problems I was having…. She made me feel beautiful even if my hair was a hot mess dried out split ends etc…… she color and treated my hair along with styling it into a look which compliments my facial structure….. she also waxed my eyebrows….. she really spent great deal of time with me and even stayed late to make sure I had a great haircut and style…. Definitely worth going too…. Just make sure to call ahead and make an appointment if you have lots to do with your hair…. Very impressed with the outcome especially since it was my first visit…. Great conversation also…. Best $$$$ spent in a while…. Very attentive to details….

This review is for the in style salon at the Orchard Town Center in Westminster, CO. Took my daughters on August 15, 2021 to get their back to school haircuts. Our hair stylist name was Teresa. To leave all emotion out she was not kid friendly at all. She made me and my daughters feel uncomfortable. She was judgmental, inappropriate with her words to my children and unprofessional. Parents DO NOT LET TERESA cut your child's hair! It is because of her that I will not be returning!

I went holiday shopping today and had a great time at this store! They had a very nice jewelry section all spruced up. The staff was friendly and she helped right away. Love the earrings I got, and always get the best things from here. The store was pretty quiet too!

Samantha was my stylist and she is wonderful! The highlights looked beautiful and I was melting in the chair during the hair wash and neck and scalp massage. Thanks for making me look so beautiful Sam!

I went in a couple weeks ago to get an elegant low updo, and what I came out with was a messy birds nest looking bun and a huge waste of my time. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she just started curling my hair. I can't see the back of my head otherwise I would've told her to stop. When she finished the high curly updo, I told her it's not what I wanted and she told me it looks nice. It's NOT what I wanted. She had to take everything down and attempt it again. With the help of another girl, they did a low messy looking frizzy bun. I'm surprised I even paid for the service. As soon as I got home I took everything down, removed all the Bobby pins, tried to brush out all the hairspray, and just curled my hair. This was for my sister's wedding, so it was an extremely important day. A HUGE waste of 3 hours I could've spent taking care of the wedding.

This review is for the SALON, not the store. I arrived her for a haircut and Brandi was the person to do so. I showed her the cut I wanted and while looking and my hair begin telling me that it desperately needed to be colored because my previous pink highlights has bled into other strands of hair making it look sloppy. I told I just wanted the cut but she kept commenting on my hair which made me self conscious so I agreed to color it and asked for a nice golden color. She said that wouldn't work and selected a dark brown instead and said I can come back every few weeks to lighten it. I didn't catch it at first but now I realize she scammed me to try and put guaranteed money in her pocket by dying my hair dark and slowly lightening it. Anyway, I allowed her to color and cut it and then left with my new color washing out almost as fast! Within 2 weeks my brown color had significantly faded and looked more muted and messy than before. I've box dyed my hair before and never had the issue I had with the dye she used. I definitely won't be returning here and would advise others to avoid it as well. I get that they need to make money but continously remarking about someone's hair to pressure them into spending more and then doing exactly opposite of what was asked isn't the right way to go about it.
