We just had so much fun getting our photos taken with Josh!! Positive energy and overall great at supporting our vision! Sydney helped us with making our wedding Save The Dates. She is wonderful, patient and really went above and beyond! The whole team was incredible! Thank you for helping make our wedding dreams reality!!!

With the groupon the JC Penney potrait studio is the perfect place to get professional pictures. Me and my partner went for a simple engagement photoshoot and we were extremely happy with our results! Would definitely recommend!!

I wouldn't trade jobs with these amazing humans! Among such chaos...Stacy, Josh, and the crew were so pleasantly happy and helpful. Our 18 month old had a stinky diaper right before our appointment and everyone smiled and made us comfortable regardless. Josh was so helpful in helping with the edits and checkout process. I had a negative experience with the Orchard location and it made me skeptical to even choose JCP for these services but this group of associates went beyond and we will be back so long as they are behind the scenes. Thank you again!

Great pictures, easy going photographer, great and easy process with reasonable prices , although the parking is not the best upon the location, overall great experience, I will be returning!

These are just two of my favorites pictures. We came late and had less than an hour. The pictures still turned out so nice! We still had more than 80 pictures, I would definitely recommend coming and getting any pictures for any occasion.

I would give a 5 star, but there are a couple of issues. First, as soon as we got there, I felt as if we had agitated the photographer right off the bat. There were 10 of us, and I expected to be there at least 2 hours taking photos. We were done in 30 mins. There was a family with two babies next to us (only 4 of them) when we got there, they were already there taking photos. And still taking photos when we were done waiting to check out at which took another thirty mins. She rushed us so much that I forgot to take certain photos, and some were off to the side, and some had the kids' eyes closed or rolled, and mine was too. Also, she took the photos so fast that there was no time to adjust, and she didn't help us pose or help with hair. I mean nothing. The more time that goes on, the more upset I am about it because these were important to me due to my daughter leaving with her mom to Texas to live. We will not be seeing her until December, so it makes it extremely hard to take them over. Also, paying for the digital photos, the extra part of it for the long photos and special croped ones, you can't even print them at Walmart nor off the shutter app. That is what you have to download to get the photos. So, that was a waste of an extra thirty dollars as well. I mean, if you think about it, you get what you pay for right. The reason I decided to go to Jc penney was due to the price. If you have the extra money, you might as well pay it for a regular photographer so that your photos come out exactly how you want them. And, you also get the time spent with you and your family for them to come out well. The photos are ok, but so many are missing due to being rushed, I had forgotten the most important ones, sucks.

Staff was unhelpful and curt. I ordered a toy online for birthday party. Store doesn't open until 11AM on Saturday??? REALLY? So now I have an hour to get toy and get to party. Clerk says "order is not ready." I asked if something could be done to expedite the order (item was in the store). I got a tart reply "nope, order is not ready". Just for the record - there was NO ONE in the store. I left. I went to Target.

They have a great variety of deals on the clearance Isle. Their plus size section is upstairs. I guess they are not shy about making plus size women burn more calories and go upstairs. It definitely does not fit the "JC PENNEY" standard. I'm regards too; smelling expensive fragrances when you walk in. Half of their salon chairs are empty. The entire management staff is incompetent. There are constantly clothes on the floor. They have some great stuff but it is usually extremely over priced. The dressing room is tacky they have a giant box full of hangers. I would not consider it "family friendly". Also, their Sephora is abandoned.

We are pleased with the service and photo quality; we will be repeat customers. Shelby was pleasant to work with and is a talented portrait photographer. Shelby worked really well with our kiddo and was very helpful and patient as we selected photo packages and products with a grumpy toddler. We left with more photos that we love than we went in expecting. The remainder of the staff were also pleasant to interact with.

The photographer was great. She took some pretty nice pictures of my grandchildren. Was patient with the little ones. I think that it was easy to locate not to expensive and I will definitely be taking them back. I think I would like to try the outdoors shots this next time.

Nice. Brand our little cowboy 8 month old great nephew for a photo opp. Fantastic job the camera woman had done. Took 30 minutes with the baby,she had alit of patience with him. Trying to get him to smile. She did a great job

The photographer presented me with 28 terribly timed photos and missed every.single.smile. 2 stars because she was polite and professional, just led to a selection of disappointing, overpriced pictures I have gotten better on my personal cell phone. The upsell at the end with packages costing hundreds of dollars are done standing in a crowded lobby where you aren't given the chance to even scroll through the images on your own (nor the ones she deleted before the final showing). It is SO HARD getting everyone dressed and ready for family photos, I'll definitely be investing in a better photographer in the future.
