After having a a terrible experience elsewhere that caused many months of billing issues, Daniel (store manager) greeted me immediately upon arrival, listened patiently and empathetically, and then proceeded to fix my account issues immediately. No commission, no credit, no incentive - just a sincere interest in helping his Verizon customers. I wish I would have gone here originally and now know where I'll go for all my future cellular needs. Can't thank Daniel enough for his help and professionalism!”

“The employees there are absolutely incredible! They are so helpful when you are just thrown around in circles by customer care. I absolutely cant stand Xfintiy as a service provider and Im thrilled we now have Tmobile internet in my area and will be switching to them, but these employees made getting my final bill corrected and service fixed when I was exhausted and absolutely done with calling customer service.”

“Marlene was AMAZING. I had 4 service tickets into T-Mobile customer care call center for 3 days and they couldn’t resolve my problem. I walked into this store and walked out with all my problems solved. Marlene spent over 2 hours helping me upgrade my phone as the T-Life app wouldn’t work and T-Mobile customer care call center couldn’t process upgrades either - their sister was crashed for over 3 days and still was last night. Marlene had so much patience helping me and was so kind. She truly cared and valued her position. Highly recommend! It’ll be the only T-Mobile store we visit moving forward.”
