The staff member addressed my problems efficiently and effectively, and I was soon departing as a very satisfied customer. “This is an excellent Verizon store - don't let the low rating fool you. It's a company owned store, which means they are able and/or willing to do things that Franchise stores sometimes can't or won't.
I got exceptional service from Emilio: he straighted me out on some technical issues, applied a longevity discount I was eligible for, and even hooked me up with a technologically superior service plan, (which was even cheaper to boot!).
I could not be more satisfied, and – deep down – I'm fundamentally difficult to impress, because I spent a number of years as a retail employee, so, frankly, I know better than most people what it takes to be good at it.
Emilio is very good at his job, and I have no reason to believe any other employee at this store isn't such.”

He took the time to explain everything and was very patient with all the questions I was asking. He made the whole process smooth and was so detailed in helping me get all the information I needed. Really appreciated his patience and amazing customer service.”
