Came in as a new customer for pre-roadtrip maintenance on short notice, when most other shops were short-staffed and unable to take walk-ins. Amanda at the desk and the tech I worked with were both extremely kind, accommodating, and efficient in taking care of my vehicle. The tech communicated inspection findings and recommendations clearly, and provided me with great confidence prior to my drive. I will definitely be back for future maintenance needs!

OMG I can not say enough good things about my experience here. Kim was just excellent, super friendly and great at communicating with. The person that did my brake job did great as well. They were fast and efficient. Thank you for the wonderful service.

At first I was shocked at the prices. I wasn't knowledgeable in the costs. Then, acts of God an uneven wear on the replaced brake pads. Staff with a smile replaced brake pad and rotor. Very happy... Thanks ??

I had a great experience yesterday having my brakes and car serviced at Ingram. They got me in right away, had amazing prices (quoted me $600 less than Les Schwab), and clearly communicated all pricing and services to me. I highly recommend them and will be going back for all my car needs!

If I could give 10 stars I would. As a female, I go in to every mechanic shop ready to call my dad to cross check all of the (95% of the time unnecessary) things that are pushed on me. I found this place on Groupon and bought a package- CONVINCED that I needed new brake pads for my squeaky problem. Kim, the owner, showed me every mechanism in every wheel. Showed me what they looked like, the life they have left, how they work and why they look the way they do. A WOMAN OWNED, SHOW AND TELL mechanic shop. Turns out my parts just needed some lube, my pads and rotors have some life left, and she suggested I refund my Groupon. She made me feel like she would let her child drive my vehicle for another 20k miles. Since they lubed the parts, I've had zero squeaks. I left educated on brakes and didn't pay a dime. Thank you Kim and staff!! I will be coming back with any maintenance and recommending you to everyone.

Was a wonderful place the owners have some fantastic values and took the time to explain what was going on with my partners car and walked us through plenty of options on what we could get fixed with the funds we had and was reasonably affordable. Would absolutely recommend this business as we will be returning and with any future car problems!!

Kim and her team are absolutely phenomenal. I just moved to Colorado and her shop was one of the top rated in my area. I gave it a chance and found my mechanic. The way she explains things are so easy to understand, and I feel like every time I leave her shop I understand my car more. Not to mention her pricing for quality work. Highly recommend this honest business.
