DO NOT pay attention to the bad reviews!! I am 65 and have had my nails and pedicures done for years, and NO I do not have dementia. I have been to many salons in the Denver area. The bad reviews can only be done by people that will probably never be happy with any service anywhere, unless it is free, they get special attention and they probably complain about most anything. Mimi, Antwone and Mary are simply fantastic!!! The salon is clean, well maintained, cheerful and very relaxing. The prices are extremely reasonable. I first went in and Mary did my pedicure. She was so very kind, gentle, and did such a wonderful job. Then Mimi (the owner) and Antwone looked at my nails were so appalled by what they saw. I went in for a rebase as I had just had my nails done in another salon and they couldn’t believe what they saw. So they both thought that I should just have my nails redone and I totally agreed as my nails REALLY did not look very good and I needed a rebase after only a week. So Mimi only charged me for a rebase for a new full set of pink and white. Antwone did a fantastic job. He is very conscientious, knows exactly what he is doing, should be done, takes his time, is meticulous, and does a fantastic job. I went back for a rebase which was excellent. I went in again today for a pedicure and rebase. Again, my experience was absolutely fantastic. Mary did my pedicure which as before was absolutely fantastic. It was relaxing, soothing, refreshing and I was extremely happy with the result. Antwone did my rebase, and it was EXCELLENT! The prices are reasonable, lower than most any other salons in the area. They do not try to upsale. They suggest better products but do not try to push the products only suggest for you to have a better experience. As I said I highly recommend this salon as I have been to many without receiving the best experiences and reasonable prices that I receive at this salon.

I had never been one to get my nails done regularly or branch out from neutrals, but Image Nails has changed that! Mia always does an excellent job on my nails and has helped me create the cutest nail art! The place is cozy and clean and the techs are so kind and attentive. Make your appointments in advance because they do book up quickly!

Not at all what I wanted, they are super thick and each finger is a different shape and length, I have been to far better places for the same price or cheaper, not a very cleanly place either. I’m actually so upset I want my money back

My nails are bleeding, sting, and are sore from this appointment. Not ok, and a risk for infection.

Family relative has been quite loyal to this nail business and owner. Recommend many other people and enjoyed going to this shop. Unfortunately, I noticed the lack of professionalism and quality of the nails being placed. Remained loyal as we all make mistakes. The recent set of nails were put on quite rushed as the nail tech was more interested in the quantity of customers arriving during “my” appointment to service others.After a day of looking over my nails, I simply called to inform the nail tech that there are flaws in my acrylics. I also brought up the the decline of quality and she got upset and said I should have mentioned it during my appointment.As she was so busy attending to other customers, she lost a very loyal and long term customer because of this. Taking responsibility is one thing, but denying your mistakes and losing 1 customer seems to not bother this nail tech. We won’t be coming here again.

First time here, will also be the last. Wish I had read the other reviews before I stopped in. I've been getting my nails done in French manicure powder dip style for 5 years, and I have to say this is by far the worst I've ever had. It took much longer than it should have, the woman who did my nails was on her phone the entire time, so maybe that's why she was distracted. She unnecessarily filed them about 5 times and nails came out way too thick and super lumpy. Now I will have to get them fixed somewhere else. Would not recommend this place.

Been here three times, they’ve always been extremely rude. I tried to give them a last chance perhaps maybe they’ve had a bad day the first two times but never again. The guy in table one seemed so annoyed that I showed up lol he was watching videos on his phone while doing my nails. Super hostile, sorry.Services: Acrylic nails

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the service from this shop. I used to be a regular and now I'm rethinking about my commitment to coming here to support Mimi. Everytime I've made an appointment, I have to always wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes. It seems like she prioritize walk-ins and takes advantage of my kindness. When my time is just as valuable. And the most frustrating thing is when I have requested Mimi to do my service, she pushes me off to her employees. Which is not okay at all. I have came to this shop to support small business owners but after 6 years I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Both my manicure and pedicure were the worst I’ve had in the last 20 years. My nails and toenails were uneven, old nail polish remaining on them even though I pointed out that there were five nails with polish still remaining, ragged cuticles and hangnails. I called the owner Mimi and she said to come back in and she would redo the manicure. She did but I left with my nail beds and nails White with white lines that come from aggressive filing. I walked in with healthy looking nails -nails that now look so unhealthy. My toenails have pointy edges and roughness. One of my big toes has a ragged edge that caught on my sheets. The other big toe is painful this morning from a sharp edge that the manicurist left. The owner was not the one who did my pedicure and manicure. The owner had the manicurist do my nails while I sat in the pedicure chair Even though the eight nail stations were unoccupied. I could see the owner looking over several times and speaking to the manicurist about what she was doing wrong.I am beginning to suspect that the manicurist May not have been trained or even licensed.Services: Pedicures

Been here several times and this will probably be my last time. They constantly nagged me about getting dip EVERY TIME I would come in so I finally did and it was AWFUL! They were way too thick in the wrong places and broke very fast on the sides. They started peeling off my nail almost immediately. I finally just wanted them off after about 10 days as they looked horrid. Well, went back and asked for gel and got the same guy. He copped an attitude that I DID NOT WANT THE DIP! Never soaked my hands and did a half way job on my cuticles and reluctantly did gel. Even told me to do acrylics when I have ZERO desire for acrylics since they destroy your nails and haven't had acrylics in like 16 years....and got an attitude about that too saying "no they don't" LOL! Charged me 5 extra just to remove the huge chunks of dip remaining and that was that. This time you lost my business for good!
