“Purpose & Length of stay: youth hockey games; 4 nightsPositives: Location was awesome. We were 4 min away from the rink and other places like Target and Dave & Busters. Breakfast was pretty good and well stocked. We had fresh scrambled eggs each morning. Hotel was clean and the lobby was nice and roomy. The games in the lobby were a nice addition as well as the ice scrapers (I forgot mine and of course it snowed). Bed was comfy. We had a mini fridge and microwave. I prefer smaller hotels when traveling for tournaments so we're not waiting for the elevators too long. My kid enjoyed the pool and the gym looked nice. We had pleasant interactions with the desk, bar, and cleaning staff.Negatives: The walls were a bit thin but luckily our neighbors were respectful and the noise died down after a certain time. There was some highway noise as this location backs into the highway and there's no wall separating it from the highway. The walls and picture in the bathroom could use a cleaning (shower, toilet, and sink were clean). The door stopper on the wall kept falling off. I agree with previous reviews about the bathroom door. It would be ideal to have a lighter solid door so the light isn't bothering people sleeping. Also, the shower has this metal part right underneath the shower head. Once turned off, it gets a bit noisy with the water dripping, another thing that might interrupt the sleep of others.Overall, we had a nice stay over Thanksgiving here. I would stay here again.”

“The sheets are uncomfortable. The room was fairly clean. Weird things like hair embedded in the shower head. Really not sure I want to know how that happened.The highlight really has been Steward. He's super friendly and kind. I moved 1500 miles and don't know many people. He talks to you like an old friend. He has all the info and is a serious asset to you. He's made all the difference.”

“I stayed here a couple of weeks ago on a work trip, it was clean, comfortable and affordable. But the 5 stars, more than anything, is because the manager Anjuli was so helpful and accommodating. She worked extra hard to help my colleague and I out, and for this reason I'd stay here again next time I'm in town for work.”

“I had my engagement party here on 6/15 and it was absolutely wonderful. The vision I had for the room was brought to life, and everything looked gorgeous! Stellar service and food as

“No complaints. It's tricky to find.Rooms: Clean. The A/C and heat work fine. The water was out the first morning. They shut down all the water, to replace 1 toilet....”

“Very excellent stay, we stayed two separate nights in one week and we were quite pleased with it, the only bummer was that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, which I understand, we had just booked the hotel exclusively because their ratings were good and they had a pool/hottub, and we weren't able to use it during our stay. OTHER than that, the stay was excellent. Service was incredible, and they had one of the best breakfast selections I have ever seen in a hotel of their caliber. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Reservation made online, easy. Got to hotel and the front desk man with glasses and long hair was not welcoming. He was very short with the guests. Later we went to go swimming. The front desk guy pointed out where the pool was, however BIG sign stating 'OUT OF ORDER'! Now for not having a restaurant or bar at least you need a pool or something for us to do. I would really like a discount on my room because your pool was not working. I worked for the hotel Marriott for six years. The front desk man with the glasses and long hair that worked on 12/31/24. He told the guests that he is looking for a career change so that means that's probably why he had the attitude he did.Update. The front desk guy this morning, 1/1/24, took our complaint and after 2 phone calls for follow up on 1/3/24 & 1/5/24, gave us a FULL refund.This is my 2nd edit for my review”

“My husband, our dog, and I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights! We had a great experience. We loved the grounds and the layout of the hotel. The restaurant and bar were very convenient to have on site.

The breakfast buffet is the way to go and the best value. There is so much to choose from. We had dinner there twice. The adult grilled cheese is cheesy. I asked tem to add bacon and tomato. It was delish!!

The room was a perfect size for us with a queen bed. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. All the bathroom amenities you would need are provided. There was a nice size mini fridge and a large sized desk. I work remotely, so that was nice to have. AC unit controls and we could adjust it perfectly. We stayed in room 301.

They have an indoor pool and hot tub and a great fitness center. There was always someone working out! Also, there is a little mini mart for anything snacks and drinks you need.

We loved that they allowed dogs! We saw so many cute dogs!! They have a great outdoor area and lots of grassy areas for the dogs. Bring your poo bags, and if you forget, they have a bag and trash station on the back left side of the building.

And the staff was great and very accommodating! Super friendly and helpful!

We had a great time and would stay there again! Thank you for a great stay!”

“Demetrius (Manager) ripped my husband and me off. My husband decided to book a 2-night stay here and we'll see did but the last night our friendly neighbors didn't care for sleep much and were very very loud that even the night clerk went to their room and requested for them to "CALM IT DOWN" when we finally couldn't take anymore we made our first and only call to the front and requested someone so something that we hadn't been able to sleep all night it was 4 in the morning at this time. She proceeded to tell me, that there was nothing she could do and to have a goodnight. I at that time requested to speak to a manager she told me he would be in at 6, and she would have him call us. He never called my husband had to call him a quarter after 7 in the morning of check out no sleep and we were really not happy with what we were told at 4 am, just 3 hours prior.
He said he would comp the room for that night and refund our
Monies, well a week later, and come to find out he never did. He has our pet deposit back but that was it and probably only because it was policy. He is a liar, he promptly blamed my husband for the problems that occurred that night. Said we were bad customers and he was going to give us a free night, that night but he turned around in the same breath and said he didn't want us back at his motel and that he would comp our night but not to come back. Does any of that sound right to anyone? I might add again that we still have not received our money for that night! We want the money you promised! Room 133

Rooms: Quite cozy.

Nearby activities: Staying up all night and doing drugs and keeping their paying customers up all night.

Safety: Everybody looks like a scene from the walking dead

Walkability: To no where the bus depot is the only place.”

“Great experience here was a little apprehensive that first because of the area but when I got here desk staff was super friendly and kind beds were comfortable I think I met the owner this morning and he was a great host breakfast was awesome with sausage and Belgian waffles all fresh yogurt and your typical fruit juices blueberry muffins all in all this place is a great value”
