“I stopped by for a propane refill and there was a guy outside who met me within half a minute. He was very helpful and even taught me something new about propane valves. I ran inside for some fasteners and the staff helped me find exactly what I needed. Great neighborhood store!”

“The best harbor freight!
I’ve been going to this harbor freight for about 2 years now and have never left disappointed. The customer service is fantastic, whether that when I’m checking out or just asking a question about an item. When I’ve gone in to warranty a tool it takes all but a couple of minutes, super fast and easy. I also recently got a tool box from them and the process couldn’t have been better. Arrived in a timely manner and when they were loading it into my truck they took great care of it and was super careful with my truck!”

“5 stars because I usually have a wonderful time! I go out of my way to go to this store over another because I adore the people who work here. They are usually very smart, incredibly helpful, and really quick! They carry everything I need and I had previously never had an issue. Today I had an absurdly uncomfortable issue with a cashier, though, who was very nice to the people in front of me but then would only scowl at me. She tried to refuse my coupons, attempted to tell me I shouldn’t have been given them, and then scoffed and rolled her eyes at me every time I tried to talk after the managers (who were lovely) left, saying the coupons were in fact valid. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope I never have the misfortune of encountering her and her incredibly negative and belittling attitude again. Yikes.”

“Customer service, found it. Lowe's flooring has the finest customer service. I met a person called Yammy: friendly, knowledgeable on flooring and doesn't care how many questions or how many times you appear in the flooring department. She always has the answer and is polite and friendly. If Yammy isn't there, Ryan is. Ryan is always polite, friendly and doesn't care how many times you show up. He is always happy to see the customer. If you can't find them, Joe will be there to help in any way. He has always been helpful and a kind smile. He helped me carry out to my car flooring pieces that are taller then me. The flooring staff is helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, smiling and ready to help. Lowe's has your flooring answers and always helpful. The return desk is always polite and helpful. I had to return some things and they happily gave me back my money. No problems.”
