I went to the Brighton location and couldn't find anyone to help me, so I hopped on the highway and came here. Literally, everyone I saw asked me if they could help. The store is full. I wish stores were more consistent. Seems like here and Northglenn are the only 2 good ones Thank you.

If you love tools this is your place. Can be cheap and the atmosphere odd but some of the tools do have decent warranties.

My wife hates my obsession with Harbor Freight but I can’t help it, I love these stores. Toys at a great cost and great supervisors. Denelle was so helpful in making sure if we needed help. She was even able to get a receipt digitized on purchases prior to signing up with a phone number. She was very patient and informative. Just more reasons to always shop here.

Here's the difference between this place and others. The employees want to help you. They make you feel like a regular customer and your business matters to them. They all work hard and have fun doing it. The manager always says hi to me if he sees me and I feel bad because I talk his ear off every time. I know he doesnt need to do this but he always asks me about my recovery. Kudos for being our neighborhood tool store.
