Dirty rooms with items left behind from previous guests that were somehow missed during cleaning. We were told housekeeping comes every other day, room was cleaned once during a 6 day stay. Pool was closed up until the last day in which they decided to re-open it without heating first, nearly ice cold water. Breakfast was very mediocre, in line with most budget hotels. Incredibly disappointing experience, either save your money and get a motel or spend a bit more for a hotel that’s managed better.

Very excellent stay, we stayed two separate nights in one week and we were quite pleased with it, the only bummer was that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, which I understand, we had just booked the hotel exclusively because their ratings were good and they had a pool/hottub, and we weren't able to use it during our stay. OTHER than that, the stay was excellent. Service was incredible, and they had one of the best breakfast selections I have ever seen in a hotel of their caliber. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall this stay was less than satisfactory. Once my friends and I arrived we learned the pool would be closed until Wednesday. Ok not the greatest start but alright not a big deal. As we enter the room we inspect it. The chair provided for the room was filthy with stains on almost every square inch. We look in the closet to find an old dirty sock sitting atop missed by the housekeepers. Along with that a pillow was found stuffed behind the fridge which I can only imagine would be a fire hazard and just generally unsafe. Wednesday comes, the pool is still closed and shown to be open Thursday morning, very disappointing. Thursday comes, after a night of drinking my buds and I wanted to unwind in the pool. Some other guests were at the pool informed us when we got there that the pool was freezing cold and when we felt it, surprise, it was literally ice cold. If that isn't unbelievably disappointing I don't know what is. The breakfast was just alright, nothing to spectacular, but it's not a 5 star hotel so I didn't expect much from that. Workers were fine, there was one guy who asked quite a bit of random questions which my friends and I found a bit annoying but that's not a big deal at all. Cool that a Walmart is just right there though.

Booked this room WEEKS ago and called a few days ago to confirm the reservation was under my fiance's name. The room was NOT ready and they almost sent my fiance away because there was no room. He and his friend then had to sit and wait for forty minutes while they got a room ready. We are NEVER booking here again!

When we first arrived we noticed a musty smell and upon first glance at the bed we saw a hair from someone else but we dismissed it. Later I found a random pill on the floor in the bathroom, again dismissed that. The fun part was when we found a bedbug crawling in our bed in the middle of the night. Took a picture and captured it in a container for the front desk Attendant to see and she seemed to not be surprised nor care. We left immediately. We will never return.

Key cards didn't work the first time. They had to go back and get them remade. The room was relatively clean. However, the couch had some pretty disgusting stainsRooms: Relatively clean with the exception of large stains on the couch

We spent a little over 3 weeks at this location to be told by the front desk that we were all the sudden bringing "scummy people" to their hotel because another guest had asked me to make a phone call for him as he sat in the front lobby. So in conclusion the hotel is nice as long as you don't mind being judged and stereotyped by the staff. After 3 weeks with no issues one question and she told us we were no longer good enough to be their guests.

Richard was absolutely amazing! Extremely kind and attentive. We even received texts checking in on our stay. Best hotel customer service we’ve received in a while. Room was clean and comfy for a night.

Room was good except the bathroom sink had some hair from previous guest and some mold in the tub. And, I don't know what is up with the toilets at Hilton owned hotels, (we have stayed at a couple) but they are very low. My wife is 5'4" and it is low for her.The breakfast was just okay. They ran out of several items, consequently not many choices.Location is quiet and easily accessible.

This place was so awesome. We came out of town to place Mom in memory care and then 20" of snow! Put us behind a couple of days...and Hampton, accommodated us to the fullest. The service and accommodation was exceptional! Thank you, Westminster Hampton! Breakfast was good and convenient.

Good choice for the cheap price point if you want a pool. The hot tub was out of order. I called about 3 weeks before I made my reservation and they said it was working. I also called on two separate occasions to ask about the depth of the pool and both workers said it was 6ft. It is not it’s only 4ft 6in in the middle then goes to 3ft on the sides. The room was not dirty but not super clean. I asked for an extra blanket and they gave me a stained/ dirty comforter. There is no way to have the room completely dark, half of the window can only be covered with a thin sheer curtain. Breakfast was limited but food was not bad. Location was also good with a Walmart close by and other restaurants around.

2 stars? The only reason I didn’t give this hell hole 2 stars is because it’s a 1 star step above a crack house. A very low 1 star step. I do feel bad hitting this place with such a bad review because the only bright spot was the single staff member that I saw. He (can’t recall name but his little dog was with him) was extremely honest and helpful about the weirdnesss surrounding the Chime bank ban…even though I was able to make the reservation with my Chime card. Weird. But he helped me figure things out. He was great BUT the rest of this place needs to be scorched and leveled. Everything is dated and smells of mildew. EVERYTHING. Honestly if that was it I would’ve added a 3rd star based of my employee interaction, but once I turned off the lights I realized that I had little to no privacy. I discovered a 1/4” gap that runs on all 4 edges of the door (see pic) I could see people walking by….mildew and dated furniture I can live with…me not having any sense of security or privacy…UNFORGIVABLE.GOOD DAY

I'm not staying here again. Everything was great until the morning when we had a staff member banging on our door at 9:15am asking if we need anything. One, check out isn't until 11:00am so go away. Two, if I need anything I'll have asked for it. I'm so tired of being bothered in the morning and made to feel rushed and pushed out the door. This knocking in the morning seems like a new thing with hotels. This is the third one now we've stayed at that does this. Stop it. Leave people alone.Food & drinks: Awful breakfast choices. We picked this hotel because the breakfast was included. But the options were very limited. Not at all worth it.
