Hampton Inn Denver-Northwest/Westminster offers a mix of experiences for its guests. Many reviews highlight the excellent customer service, with staff members being described as kind and attentive. Guests appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, although some noted issues like hair in the bathroom sink and mold in the tub. The hotel’s breakfast selection received mixed feedback; while some found it impressive, others felt it was limited and ran out of items quickly. The hotel features a pool, which was a key attraction for some guests, but it was closed for maintenance during their stays, leading to disappointment. Additionally, there were reports of room readiness issues, causing delays for some guests upon check-in. Overall, the location is considered quiet and convenient, with nearby shopping options. While it is seen as a good choice for its price point, some guests expressed concerns about cleanliness and amenities not meeting expectations. Despite the mixed reviews, the hotel remains a viable option for those seeking affordable accommodations in the area.
