We are about to move into a new unit that’s a little smaller than our current place so we decided to get a storage unit rather than try to crunch everything into the smaller unit. We put Guardian at the top of our list because of the good reviews and I’m glad we did. Jordan is so friendly and so helpful, working with us to figure out exactly what we needed. He was excellent and the customer service was so great that we immediately chose to go with them. The facility is clean and easy accessible. No complaints or concerns at all. Definitely check them out if you need a unit!

Super clean & modern facility. The staff is friendly & helpful. They made the whole process easy. It was great to have ready access to their truck for the move. Robert hooked us up with the loaner truck making the whole experience seamless!

Guardian storage gave me a great deal on my first two months rent. Afterwards, they maintained our agreed upon price. A nearby competitor was not this honest. The employees were always friendly and helpful. They sell boxes, tape, and other packing supplies on site. The facility itself is easy to access and has a wide variety of units. I had an incredible 10x30 climate controlled unit. Ample carts are available for moving your items in and out. I also liked that they had a loading dock. I was able to load a 26 ft truck by myself because I could roll carts straight onto the truck from my unit with very little lifting involved. Highly recommend this business.

Raise rates started at 60 a month finished at 300 a month customer service is a joke area manager is a joke units get broken into all the time stay away from this place you'll thank me later

I called the Westminster location today with a lot of questions. Robert helped me and thoroughly answered all of my questions, helped give suggestions that I ended up taking and went above and beyond. He made sure things were covered that I hadn't even thought of and was sure to get me the best unit and location based on my needs. And on top of it, he had a great personality and we had a few laughs along the way. Hung up with a smile on my face and with customer service nowadays, that really doesn't happen anymore. I appreciated the help and patience and am happy to be giving them my business! Thanks Robert (and Jordan.) See you guys Tuesday!
