How does a FedEx store not have shipping envelopes? It’s always something at this store. There’s not a time I come here without getting push back, no interest in helping, or now this? Let’s hope my clients loan docs arrive safely.

Racist to the extreme at this location. The heat was so intense that I had to walk out ! I was patronized on every single aspect when all
I was wanting to do was ship items to my dad for Father’s Day, whoever manages this store have set a tone where unprofessional service is accustomed to ppl of color. Others walked in who weren’t ppl of color and was treated with curiosity , verses myself and another customer of color was given the run around, I have never had such issues with a FedEx company I will just go to UPS for now on.

Worst day ever FedEx!
I needed to print and scan at the store. The machine I used was out of toner and I did not notice it. After preauthrizing my card 3 times for a total of $15 for three 21 cent prints (that I did not get), I realized the machine was out of toner and I went to another machine. I preauthorized my card for a 4th $5.00 amount for a 61 cent bill. I spent a total of $1.24. While using the second self serve machine, I detoured 3 others from making the same mistake I did. The store was very busy when I came in and it had died down so I told the short darkhaied woman behind the counter. There was no thank you for letting me know one of our machines was down. No, I am sorry for the inconvenience. Just you'll get your preauth money back in 24 hours. I know the feeling of being overworked, it does not mean that common curiosity or manners need not apply.
Additionally, after arriving at home, I found a box at the end of my steps (I live on the thrid floor) delivered by FedEx. My apartment complex has lockers at the office or package delivery to our door. Not delivery at the end of the stairs because the driver didn't want to carry it up. The delivery was from the FSA store and the box was clearly marked as such. It was left in full view of the public containing almost $500.00 in medical supplies. My errand took me about an hour. I don't know how long the package sat in a very open and very public area.
Not your best showing today FedEx, not your best at all!

Fantastic place to help with passports. I went in today 12/12/23 the manager was able to take my photo and then walked me through the process. She was very patient and kind. I highly recommend using this location. Thanks for your help!!

Tom, the assistant manager such an awesome guy. We were sending a big box to Florida and he explained everything in such a clear way. Outstanding service and extremely polite and respectful. Make this dude a manager ASAP.

The people that work at this location are very inconsiderate, they close at random hours before 7pm. They won't look for your package properly and you have to constantly ask them to check again, and then after the 3rd time, all of a sudden, they find it. Find some better employees who actually care

The staff at this location is so friendly and helpful! They have saved my bacon several times over the years, and made USPS look like a joke. Jordan is especially amazing!
