Saw the reviews and was a bit hesitant but called them and got all the info I needed from a LIVE person who was super friendly and helpful. Showed up, grabbed a cart loaded my large tech items and was greeted at the door and was helped in! Julie was very helpful, informing me of everything, again- very friendly. Took great care of my items and me! Would definitely ship from here again!

This place was utterly useless, I just needed to print a 3 page document from the state but it could not be done, firewalls and blocks prevent you and even after getting to the document, I could not print it- had to be sent to some site from Gmail, and just when I did all that- the pre-authorized amount they charge me ran out, and the system would not let me continue my session forcing me to log off. Ultimately I walked out frustrated and without my document. FedEx was always my go to, but the employee was just helpless to do anything or offer any solutions.

Hi I went this office I had try to make returned Labal for international shipment no other no other fedex couldn’t do it.
Liz one of employee she did for us she is fantastic, very knowledgeable, her attitude is ohh really really incredible.

FedEx wanted to charge me $50 for 10 pages to fax. Go to the public library it’s $2.00 or free don’t let this place rip you off for faxing when all they use is electricity to send the fax.

Special shout outs to Shannon who was patient, friendly and made my experience efficient!! I usually do general errands online and don’t like coming in store, but I was helped quickly and got the desired print and shipping materials I needed. I will be using fedex for my printing and shipping services moving forward.

I’ve been to a lot of FedEx locations and honestly this is the best one! Friendliest people, pure kindness for your needs and they actually listen to what you need without rushing you! Sending files beforehand is recommended and waiting to receive your confirmation code is preferred! Scott is the best! Hell yea everything came out perfect, front and back and laminated!

We were so pleased with our visit to the FedEx office to pick up our Save the Dates for our wedding! We walked in and Liz greeted us and started to ask what she could do for us, but then stopped herself and said "I know what you're here for!" and went and grabbed them. She recognized us in person from our picture on the Save the Dates! Then she told us about how she printed them twice because she wasn't happy with the cut on one, and then again because it turned out too dark so she lightened them and did it again! And they look SO GOOD! We are so happy with the experience we had with Liz and will most definitely be coming back for more when we're ready to do more wedding things! And my Fiance really enjoyed creating them on the FedEx site! It was super easy for him to make them and then get them ordered. From the website to the store, it was just an overall amazing experience!
